Good racing last night lads. Done that test thing - have a look.

Only on 8-10 Mbps on my talk talk, not too bad, don't really have problems gaming but it gets a bit slow when the laptops and other game consoles are on in the house.

My laptop gets worse results than the PS3, so I'll post the PS3 results- 3.7mb/s download and 0.36mb/s upload. PS3 doesn't provide a ping, but the laptop usually has a ping of about 25 to 35ms.

To find it on the PS3: go across to Settings, then scroll all the way down to Network Settings and select that, and finally select Internet Connection Test. Then just go down through the results once your PS3 performs the test.

Furi, you should really wire up your connection for hosting series, it's cheap, easy and guarantees a stable room. Not been disconnected in 6 months of wired GT5 racing

i've also never been disconnected using wired....oh wait. just kidding, wired is more stable, but it annoys the rest of the family. have a great big ethernet cable running through 4 rooms
