here's a great picture from le mans (including a drift at 180mph)

Spa laps of the RM cars (un run in) are: Camaro 2:20.5, Challenger 2:18.5

Not to be intrusive to your specs but I think the Camaro needs the supercharger to keep up as it loses around 8-10mph on the Challenger on the straight after Eau Rouge.

Testing the Vette now. (Game froze :ouch:)

Having said that though just slapped on the supercharger now the Camaros too fast . It can get 17s now and is only 2 mph slower than the Dodge lol.

I guess run in will help it over the heavier Dodge so you can disreguard the superchager for it then . (It was just a thought of concern for the Camaro drivers)

Feel for GT40 drivers / victims...

Don't have one to test but determined not to give up on the Camaro, I tuned it more to get rid of the understeer and got the PB down to a 2:19.5 with a few more tenths in it. With run in it should get into the 18s :).

Ha it sounds like u had alot of fun really wish I couldve been there...maybe next time

Topic says we start on June 20th, when we start on May 20th.

I think the GT40 will do better than we think. The issues I had with it stepping out under braking were due to the brake balance being on default for some reason.

Yeah but the Challenger is really easy going to drive compared to the others. And very big.

And yes, Carroll Shelby, creator of the Shelby Cobra and unless I am mistaken, a mastermind behind the Ford GT40 Le Mans campaign passed away today.

RIP.

👍

The program was transferred to him from John Wyer when they weren't getting results. Carroll Shelby developed the MKII from the MK1 and won multiple events. They then developed the MKIV from scratch and won both Sebring and Le Mans.

True Legend. :(

Also RH are useful at the faster tracks- if you can stay in draft, you'll keep up but with better tyre wear. :)

Weighing things up though about C2...

Corvette is stupidly fast down a straight, yet corners and brakes like a horror.
Camaro is not quite as powerful, but quick, nimble, and good on tyres.
Challenger's pretty consistent and easy to drive but also about double the size of everything else
And GT40 is near-equal with the C1's on straights, but struggles with brakes and handling.

About 7 or 8 should be good. 👍 I'll update here and send on PSN when the room is up.

Open up about 6.45? Just watching the end of The Big Bang Theory and i'll be online. Still debating whether to stick with C1 or C2 as a reserve.

just kicking the younger brother of the telly. he is on his PS3 but using my telly :grumpy:. i could probably join your lobby, but i would be driving blind. i'll be there in 10
