The purpose for me is that they are easier to handle, and if possible a little faster.
I install all parts on the racing vehicles, then make a test drive, and after that I'm going to finetune, hoping to push another 2-3 seconds out of it. Great example is the Nissan mm-R that will come online tonight/tomorrow: When just tuned it needs almost 8 minutes for a lap on the Nurby, with finetuning I achieved 7.44.
I'm currently working on the Nissans BNR 34 from Mines and the Blitz ER34, after that I will post 16 of the 20 requested cars, only cars I have to do after that are the Takata Dome NSX, the Fairlady Z, Buick Special and the Civic Type R, which I will try to make tomorrow.
Edit: Can't find the BNR34 request anymore :S Ahh well, one car less to do..
