By my calcuilation for winning the LM 24h in A-spec you will get about 13.5 mil exp points or more - now that is a big boost

This is somewhat of a pointless comment but if you want it in function form rather then as a recursion relation it would be as follows





Note, this is equation overestimates the values, due to round off, in the lower levels.

My buddy online chung_fu is at 39 right now.
 
nope its the fastest as it just over 3mins.
you should stop trying to grind and just mix up events. enjoy while you can as the X3 EXP for seasonals is still listed as only a temp bonus.
Youll then have to race Like the wind Indy event again.

I enjoy endurance racing. Especially with a wheel. It is incredibly addictive. Mind you I was pulling 90 hour weeks on WoW at one point so I might be a little strange.

other question: is it 100% confirmed that the max. level is 40? Or is that just where the last event/race is available but you could go on if you wanted to?

I can say this, I hit level 40 two days ago and no mater what when completing any event whether on line or anything in A spec, can't get any additional XP points. However I did get a trophy once I hit level 40-it was "Excellent Driver". Determined is more like it!
 
With 2.0, and the daily login bonus, we should be able to level up even faster. Is the bonus for seasonals still up? Whats the fastest event and car combo right now for levelling up in a-spec?

There are certain races (in Seasonal Events) that you can do over and over again to get XP and cash. I've only been playing for 3 weeks and I am at Level 25. I have only completed 6 of the beginner licencing test (that's it)...but I've been learning a lot from others (on-line) that have been showing me the ropes (or the line if you will).

Look in Seasonal Events and do:
Supercar Nostalgia Cup: Nürburgring Nordschleife /1 Lap
Formula Gran Turismo World Championship: High Speed Ring /10 Laps

These are fun races. Even if you don't place, you get $$ and XP. IF you win, big XP and $$.

With the multiplier that's going on right now, it's big payoff time! This will also allow you to buy cars that will kill in A-Spec races.
 
I'm doing a spaced out grind, aiming for Level 40 by January. Fingers crossed for one of those XP heavy seasonals returning...
 
3 hours a day and 1 24 hour race you go from A-spec and B-spec zero to level 40 in both at 12 days, Not really hard is it. Then you can finish the game after at your liesure.
 
The DLC made leveling for the x1 pointless.

I was level 36, but my ps3 was wiped. So I had to restart

I managed to go from 0-21 on tues 3-4hours by doing a couple seasonals with the dlc gtr and doing LTW with the x2011 a couple times.

I will likely never go back to 36+ on a spec, but with the b spec widget I will hit 40. I thank PD for the sign in bonus.

Hows the damage at 40? At 36 it was pretty good compared to 0-35.
