Not suprising in the least. GT3's audience is very focused and it's riddled with bugs. MGS2 was not what it was hyped to be, and was too non-interactive.
GTA3 is an amazing game. Little to no bugs, complete freedom, and it's not a game you'll easily finish in one sitting.

I went to the game store in the city last week and there was'nt on single copy on the shelf.
So i went up and had to pre-order it. But instead of paying the $10 deposit, i payed for the whole game there and then. (it cost $139.00)
The only problem now is, i don't know when they are getting a new shipment of games.

OMG! You spent $139.00 on GTA3! I know GTA3 is a great game and all man but damn! You could have bought approx 3 PS2 games for the price you paid on that sucker! GTA3 is worth maybe $75 but no more. $139.00! For that much money you better be playing this game for a couple of years! Whatever floats your boat man. Glad to hear to got a pre-shipment order in. The game is as good as your now. :thumbsup:

Unfortunatley Viper, every single new Ps2 game costs that much in New Zealand.
