I'm pretty much convinced there will be no DLC. Since when does a company announce a Platinum version before DLC?
I guess PD would be first one (hopefully).
If a company release DLC directly after going on sale with their game, than that is just customer robbery.
You see, they make a game, than they edit some content away and launch it. 2 weeks later they put DLC online that you can buy. But in real life it´s no DLC, it´s just the things they thrown away before launching the game. The only thing they want to have is our money.
Best example is EA Sports. You buy Tiger Woods PGA Tour for your PS3 and afterwords you can buy extra courses for 8 $. But in fact those courses, that you have to buy, you can find on a regular disc of Tiger Woods for Wii unlocked a playable from beginning. That in my point of view is betrayal.
PD gave us much more content through the updates than the game had at the beginning when it was launched (Seasonal Events, Helmets, Suits, OCD, etc...), and all for free. They could have charged us for helmets and suits and events (and most of us would have payed it), but they didn´t. And that is really awesome. From that point of view we should be thankful, not having to pay for every slight improvement.
But on the other hand i would like to have DLC at some point.
As already written in post #170 i would really like a proper TopGear section.
Other than that what i really would like as DLC:
Old GT Courses (Seattle etc.)
New real world courses, especially SPA.
For sure the M3 E30 SportEvo + the DTM version (would be great to drive it against the Merc 190E 2.5 16V on the Nordschleife).
Sorry for the grammar, i´ve given the best i can.
