hey RazorGTR... how does the NUR skyline compare to the Vspec II?

There has been quite a few debates on that. Both have the "super hicas" system and all the same running gear except the NUR spec was taken a bit further in tuning. With the Vspec II still hovering around the 320hp factory even though it is rated at 280ps, the NUR spec actually claims a more realistic hp number and produces it.
In OZ a indepth test was done with the 300kw (400hp) Holden GTS. Both cars threw nearly identical numbers in the power department but the NUR spec was still better overall. If memory serves me right the NUR Spec was rated at 375hp off the show room floor.

I heard from motorex that they tried to get some but they were all sold out pretty quick in japan....

i read on a skyline forum that there is one nur r34 in the UK, the post may have been old though so there may be 0 or more now!
anyone know how ps relates to hp?edit: oh yeah and how kw relates to that too?

Well my dream car wud be a TVR speed 12 - I wud be happy not drivin down roads with speedbumps if it meant I cud drive a Speed 12 !!! Oh and roads with

nope thats great thanks.
i had no idea that u guys don't get skylines properly in the US. they were sold through main dealers here in the UK. though thats hardly of any benefit now since the entire production has been discontinued and i dont nearly like the 350z as much as the r34... oh well, guess i'll just have to get a second hand one

My dream car could be a Impala SS on 20'S, with a nice sounds sytem. Thats about it...maybe a few engine mods.

...accualy I have no clue.You know what a R32 looks like right??..You know what a Nissan pickup looks like right?..Now....take the R32 and cut it from the front seats..foreward...And take the Nissan from the back wall (including window) back..along with the bed...Then combine the two..and throw in a nice roll cage..And go drift with it..That's a R32 Pickup

1 nm = 0.737561 lbf-ft
So a quick conversion on my car would be
266.8kws at the wheels or 357.78 hp, and 750nm of torque 553 lbf-ft .
To calculate that at the fly wheel add 22% for the 4wd system.
Or
434.86 hp at the engine *yawn* boring power but will get there.
