With the Vspec II still hovering around the 320hp factory even though it is rated at 280ps, the NUR spec actually claims a more realistic hp number and produces it.
In OZ a indepth test was done with the 300kw (400hp) Holden GTS. Both cars threw nearly identical numbers in the power department but the NUR spec was still better overall. If memory serves me right the NUR Spec was rated at 375hp off the show room floor.
