Your First drifting machine

LancerEVO_fan
I recently decided to give drifing a try in the GT4 version. I stumbled upon the Infinity F45X and noticed it had alot of over steer; I started fudeing with the setings and managed to build a pritey good drifting car (SUV) to practice in. I tried the Lancer EVo today but that thing is to grippy. Do u guys still have your first drift machine?
any pics?

Hey that's quite a cool car/idea to be honest! Gotta give it a try:tup: Definatly not the usual starting car.

Mine was a Evo VII GT-A.

Now adays (Since Yesterday) its a Black Evo VIII GSR! Yeah!

hey
first one was the same as what i actually drive in real life, an 89 silvia 1800ccturbo,
nowdays either the FPV F6 (i am doing an apprenticeship as a mechanic at a ford dealership here on the gc, man the f6's go hard in real life as well), or the mazda bp falken rx-7D1 car.
i am still crap at drifting, and i dunno how to put the pics up here.....

Well I was horrible, first because I was drifting inproperly and then the first one I tried was the New Accord, then S.S. AE86, then the R34 and finally the R X-7 and Viper GTS but the problem was that I used S2's the entire time on all of them and all were induced by the hand brake also I modded the suspensions on all of them and didn't drift stock. Now I do feints practically all the time thanks to the BDC.

My unknowingly first drift car in GT4 was the Mazda BP-Falken RX-7(D1GP) '03. I say "unknowingly" because my first "drift" was lighting it up out of a hairpin (before I even knew what drifting was!)

And right now, in its stock form it's my best drift car in my garage 👍

I saw this one on the official GT4 website before the game was released . . and I did licence tests till it was available at the used car dealer . . so my first car overall and my first drift car . . and it's still my favourite!

not the easiest, not the prettiest, not the fastest but the coolest . . . :D

My first drift car was an AE86 Sprinter Trueno. I put some hard tires on it, and was racing my dad 2 player(yes, a 45 year old man loves racing games when he can drive a lotus elan) and well...i wasnt using any assistance, and i just...turned into a corner with alotta gas and a slight touche of the Ebrake, and got it to slide...and the rest is history.

Now i drift my sileighty, silvia s13,s14 and im working on perfecting my SS AE86, and my skyline drifts.

my first drift car was an nismo 400R with an VCD controller, at that time i did'nt know about ATTESA-ETS system that was on them so when i installed that VCD controller, i found it funny that the cars handle that differently, but now its one of the car that i find easy to drift with :)

My first drift car was the Mazda RX7 (FD) 93'
have 600hp racing suspension on s2 tires :)
really fun to drift this car on trial mountain

my first drift car was
GT1-Mazda Miata

GT2-R32 GTS-M

GT3-midnight purple R33 GT-R

GT4- 1995 Nissan GT-R N1 R33

i ran that R33 N1 until the power started to drop badly then i switched to my 750 R33 GT-R V-spec LM Limited
as soon as i hit Gt3 i was all about the Attessa ETS and i never have put a VCD on a GT-R Since

I first started out with a M3 CSL but then I tried with different cars and found out that the 70' Dodge CHarger and the Skyline GTR V-spec II is pretty good and easy too.

my 1st drift cars were:fr=900hp 1997 rz supra on r1's
4wd=750hp 1995 r33 v spec skyline on r1's
ff=400hp 1999 dc2 integra type r on n1's
d1= blitz skyline tuned on s1's:sly: :dopey:
