VTEC just got within the correct RPM range and started up, propelling the car to insane heights, yes! (I'm a Mitsu fan. MIVEC just kicked in, yo.)

This is the Amuse S2000 Street Version, and I love it to bits in stock form. But it is somewhat slow next to some other S2ks...so what if I rectified that?

Well, this is the result here. This is almost exactly the same as the S2k Street Version we know and love, just played at double speed. It is a little bit harder to get its bum to kick out with this tune, but it's still such an easy task. It's probably harder to breathe than to get this thing sideways, even now. And with the added stability, you can even drive this thing very fast a lot easier now.

Enjoy this superb tune a lot. You will like it, for sure.

Hello there.
*waves*
Have you noticed something? You're running behind schedule.
" :( :indiff:"
Don't worry though. I have something that can help.
""
Here it is! The DMC DeLorean, ZedTunes modified. The Maid's Perfect Weapon.
" :D"
Wanna see what it has to it?
*nods*
OK. Well, let me ask you. Do you know of the quote "When you hit 88mph...you're gonna see some serious ****?"
*nods*
That applies here too! When you hit 88mph, you can travel back in time, just like every DeLorean should! That way, you'll never be behind schedule.
IzayoiSakuyafull1213491.jpg

It's amazing, I know. This DeLorean also wields superb straight line ability, which makes hitting that big number very, very, very easy. Trust me, it's face rippingly fast in a straight line. Plus, I believe you can even manipulate time yourself too?
"*nods*
Exactly. It's perfect for you in every way! I even believe you're Irish as well? Well, this was assembled in Ireland itself!
" :D"
And it's even made out of stainless steel, just like...what else, but your trusty knives!
":D :D :D"
It's perfect for you in every way. And when you get some free time, you can even screw about in this thing a lot too. It slides around so well, thanks to the RR drivetrain, but you can still keep it in check very easily. So, you're gonna take this then?
*nods*
Yep, I knew it. Here you go, enjoy your new DeLorean. By the way, how's the padding going?
IzayoiSakuyafull40158.jpg

"..."
Oh, was I not supposed to say that? Ah, mkay, sorry.

So, anyway-

Weird name, I know, but whatever. My profile is absolutely covered in sunflowers after all, can't be helped.

This is a Spoon Integra built to deal with in excess of 10k revs at times. It is a good bit faster than the normal Spoon Integra in a straight line, and provides nice cornering too. Certainly a speedy one here. Enjoy.

I wanted the HSV-010 for a very long time. I got it. And I went and reviewed it, drove it, and it turned out to be a perfect, harmonic synchronization with my driving style. I was able to feel its every move, and it felt like I was in complete control. It was never nasty to me, and me and it work well together.

So why, you may be asking, should I change perfection? Simple. Because it seemed fun.

And here's the result. A much pumped up HSV-010, now taken to a full 720bhp. Of course, as you would much expect, the difference in overall speed is gigantic. Whereas the HSV-010 actually didn't feel up to speed before for me, this tune is a remedy to that problem. It now feels very much up to speed.

The cornering has been changed up a little, but not in a harmful way. The main thing is that the ability to turn in initially (ie at the start of a turn) on this tune is better, and while the overall turn-in (ie everywhere else) might be a little downgraded to you, it does make it a lot easier to keep it balanced and well.

So then, make this the Honda HSV-010 +1 then. +speed, that's what this is.

Hey C, I was wondering something. With all those Lantis tunes you have (Bah gawd, so many Lantis!!!), I really must try one out for myself. What version of your beloved Mazda should I drive first? Also, that DMC backstory is priceless. I hope that knife injury has healed by now... :dopey:

I have the Lance of Lantis on share and the Lantis RM on share as well. The Lance of Lantis is meant to be the leading one, but it doesn't matter one inch which one you try first to be honest.

That sounds pretty damn scientific. But I have devised another name for a Lantis.

I somehow think it might be a fitting name for a Lantis I want in real life but won't own. Modded to the spec of the Lance of Lantis, with the 2.0 V6 swapped in, upped power and all...probably wouldn't strip the weight or give it parts, I mean, on the road, power add-ons are kinda all you need. While I despise people putting it on most cars, I think it'd be very worthwhile if I stuck it on a V6 323F here. But I doubt it will happen. Therefore I name it...

...the AtLantis. Named after the city that was sunk and therefore, doesn't exist. (That said though, the 323F isn't available in blue...)

If Lexus rivalled the M5 in real life. They don't obviously. What a bunch of fools. Instead, I've built one myself. Built on the 00 spec model. But it does have a cool name. That said, on the subject of vertexes, I've done a maths exam today, and there were shapes involved. But they weren't the worst part of it thankfully ;)

This GS300 is made to do what most super saloons do, which is go rather fast in a straight line and be rather slidey through corners, at speed anyway. I would have put on a custom tranny, but the whine wasn't authentic at all. Which means you have to stick with a 4-speed here. Not great.

But the tranny is actually pretty suitable for the tune, maxing out at the exact point before the redline and still managing a full 196mph. That said, with the turbo kit, if you want optimal acceleration, use manual and switch at a point that'll stick you about halfway on the rev counter. That's where the powerband is best at here. Enjoy, all.

A Lantis, built for a purpose. That purpose is the one I desire to see it achieve: to compete against FRs and 4WDs and stick with them. And with the FITT 2000 Shootout, this Lantis will be doing just that, as the only FF in the contest.

This is the Lance of Lantis, mixed with a lot of the Lantis RM's blood. It looks the same, but is in fact completely different. Indeed, this took a fair while to set up. Many jiggery-pokery bits had to be sorted out, with myself trying to find the perfect suspension setup for a fair while, and also having to manage LSD and brake balance.

Overall, it might not actually be the nicest Lantis to drive, but it was the fastest I could get it to. Which is kinda what matters in these shootouts, is it not? Your test car will be up soon, testers.

You have a Veyron in your garage. It is fully tuned. It probably doesn't turn. But it will now, with this.

With the torque distribution at 10/90, you can get this thing to kick out in the corners, which is helpful in the moments you do end up going towards the gravel.

The transmission setup is near-perfect. On SSRX, it managed to get to the end by just avoiding the redline, at about...ooh, who knows how much mph. You'll have to find out for yourself.

We only accept the finest here at ZedTunes. Which is why, after looking at the car list available for the 500PP section of the latest shootout, I chose this, the finest S2000 of them all - the Opera S2k. Finest tuned car in the game? It's not far off.

Built to mash your mind up when stock, this tune makes it a little tamer in sliding - largely entirely down to the RH tyres required - but the speed is now higher than ever. Enjoy. Tuned for Spa, results may vary.

That's what this GT by Citroen Race Car is, but let's stop there before I get my own personal fetishes too deeply involved in this. Go to my profile if you wanna see a good picture from here.

So this is 7 gears of sheer lunacy right here.

Based off of my first GT by Citroen Race Car tune, which has been acclaimed well, largely because no one else really tunes it. This one is slightly power limited, tuned for Monza, and comes in the default metallic red which was so worth the 5.6 million price tag this thing commands. It really is a true looker of the like you don't even see on most Italian cars.

Oh - and of course, it's very fast.

Enjoy. Results may vary. Please take care when using onboard view. The green dials are cool, yes, but they only serve the purpose of distracting you from the road ahead. Not that you could see it in the first place, given how the windscreen is basically parallel to the bonnet as well.

Tried out the GT-Race Car by Citroen the other day but in the original, slightly freer breathing version. As I understand it, the only difference is in the power limiter, all other settings being the same.

Just like stock, the car is reasonably easy to drive and to drive fast from right from the get go. I tried it at Suzuka and drove it with a DS3.

The first impression - when setting it up - was that you have effectively made it a six gear car - i.e. the difference between 6th and 7th is so tiny that the last gear effectively does not come into play. Intentional?

On the track it works smoothly and is certainly an easy steer for the novice driver, as it keeps the rear rock solid under all conditions - even when accelerating from tight corners like the Hairpin. At the same time this seems to have been bought at the expense of some quite strong understeer, which surprised me somewhat.

The first corner is definitely one to watch out for, as you will really plow wide if you are not extremely careful. It then flows well through the remainder of the first sector, always with the proviso that you remain a bit more to the inside of curves than you would otherwise do to counter the initial understeer. Here the extremely well tied down rear end does not help, as you cannot use throttle inputs to adjust the line noticeably.

It may work better elsewhere (yet to try) and in spite of the criticisms, it is a very quick and capable car 👍

You're welcome :) Fellow Touhou fan I see.

By the way, though I have completely failed to note any of this in any thread ever, I no longer have a PS3. As a matter of fact, I haven't for a while. Since 31 December 2012, 22:30 BST. And I haven't gone and gotten one again yet.

Though the upcoming releases of GT6 and more should well be changing that. Even with the PS4 coming up so soon...waah. Still, I've survived close to 8 months with just a laptop so that's something. But yes, for now, I would say this is well over with. But I should have new review plus tune threads for GT6 when possible in addition to maybe a little extra too...though I have other games I want to bear in mind as well, though only at this point in time.

Thanks all for everything in that regard, both here and around the whole tuning community. It was spectacular.

Ford GT, at long last. For those who are a fan of the crazy American remake of a 45 year old legend, this is your car. Not a full mod, though, so watch out for that.

Realistically, the steering on this GT isn't as good as it could be but watch out in a straight line...the gear ratios are set up for super good acceleration, whilst 6th is merely set so high to stop it from having no top end speed.

You will love the speed this thing delivers so brilliantly with very little effort. I don't know if this works on the other 3 Ford GTs, seeing as the No Stripe is 'different', but have a go with it on any Ford GT and you'll be good.

Hello , my name is Massimo , Rome-Italy.

I bought as UCD a Ford GT model 05 , but "with stripes" and have also one with stripes.
Can you tell me the differences in suspension tuning between these two models )

Thanks in advance

I believe the real differences between the models are based on downforce - but only as stock. However because no wing is added the downforce difference between models might make a slight difference in driving feel.

Oh, and I do have GT5 - or more accurately a PS3 - back. You might even see a tune or two coming from these quarters again today...

I don't know if it's been fixed or not, but the no-stripe version has more power at a given PP level, when compared to the normal "striped" version
