E3 has brought all sorts of news for Gran Turismo Sport. We now have a release window, new trailer and plenty of screenshots to digest. The goodies don’t end there however, as the US game website has received a substantial update.
The unique website focuses on the Bugatti Vision GT and offers various sections of game information. Tracks, title feature list, cars and a new trailer all star on the interactive page.
Clicking on the vehicles button on the rear of the Bugatti brings up some car stats. Technical information like max power, max torque and weight is shared for each featured race machine. You can check out various Vision GT creations alongside some real world inclusions.
If you check out the tracks section, you’ll see a short description and map layout for each circuit featured. There’s a good mix of fantasy and real-world locations to check out, so if you’ve ever wanted to know more about Tokyo Expressway – this is the place.
The updated site also explores some of Gran Turismo Sport’s unique features. Aspects like the Nations Cup are given a bit more depth. The FIA sanctioned event allows players to represent their country, with the chance to compete in a broadcasted racing series if you’re fast enough.
If you aren’t feeling particularly patriotic, you can also check out the Manufacturers Cup which offers racers the chance to represent their favorite car company. Advanced matchmaking and driver profiles add to the competitive nature of the title.
If you’ve been keeping up with GT Sport details, most of this will be old news. However, this website has three sections which remain hidden to the public – Pit Lane, Starting Grid and Cockpit. The unlock conditions for these areas is currently unknown but we’ll be keeping an eye out for further updates.
With the Fall 2017 release window set, GT Sport information is coming thick and fast. It’s clear Sony and Polyphony Digital have big plans for this website.
