so are we trying to make the car appear invisible by having it match the enviornment or just have the colors matching so it blends in slightly but the car is still easy to recognize?

What kind of a theme is this? I don't want to sound like a grouch or a baby, but it just does'nt sound like any fun. Last weeks theme was kind of lame too. I am still awaiting an open theme soooo, I am going to have to pass on this one. Good luck with the entries.:indiff:

The car should still be recognizable, the colors of the enviroment and the car should kinda match. Something like this:

Not my final entry ofcourse... sorry for being kinda unclear about the theme, I didn't exactly know how to describe it.

that clears it up 👍

Right, so my entry isn't eligible. Well, see you next week! :)

- EDIT - I just realized that I can change my Final Entry once! I'm in again! :D

Final Entry:
I Don´t know if a Merc "hiding" behind another Merc qualifyes as Camouflage but I think it´s a pretty cool picture.

Nice pic atlop, but I don't see how this is blending in. The car is competely different from the rest of the pic.

Well, it's supposed to play with the lines and vertical bars in the photo not so much with color. I could have made it blend more by decreasing contrast but it would have felt like cheating since the car really is black. Yes, that may be a bit risky entry but I'll just leave it as it is.

How about less messing with the saturation/hue/whatever and more clever use of cars/backgrounds? I don't think the idea of "camoflage" is to artificially make everything one color.

That being said, that RUF pic is excellent if you ask me! Of course, nobody did...but I told you anyway :D I'll have to see if I have anything that could qualify for this...I don't think I do.
