This weeks theme will be "Artificial Blur Mk. 2" as chosen by Week 37 Winner 440 CHARGER.

Take your boringly stationary picture and make it look like its moving using the blur filters in PS.
In the past there's been some complaints that PS blur pics steal all the votes because of the 'wow' factor, so this week everybody will use them! This doesn't necessarily mean zoom or corner blur, feel free to do panning-style motion pics as well. Now go post some eye candy! Here's a wonderful tutorial which may just help you out with your PS blurring. Leave a comment!

[Note:No plug-ins for any of the above adjustments or filters are to be used]
You can use layers for overlay and layer adjustments, but not to alter the geometry and original subject matter of the picture: like adding stickers and body kits, and objects that are not in the original image.
