Revolution Studios :: Merc SL65 Part Two!

Well, its been quite a while, and I'm changing connections to ADSL, so I'll be able to bring you all more updates in the future! For now, I've got one very special shoot for you all today. I love all these pictures, but in my opinion, number two is in my top 5 best pictures of all time. I hope you all enjoy the shoot. As per usual, feedback is appreciated and welcome.

Awesome man ... I have missed your creation for long time
the blur is just fantastic as always
great job 👍 btw I like your new signature on the 2nd photo

It's definetly been a while,, But this update makes worth the wait:tup:,, Fantastic work,, The car looks nice and clean,, especially on first pic,, Must have been a lot of work with those wheel arches:nervous: I must say I love the 2nd pic,, the angle is fantastic,, and the blur is flawless,, But in my opinion 3th pic is better,, I just get that sense of speed:drool: Fantastic work:)

Thanks everybody :)
Nissan~GuruZ33 - If you like it so much, why are you crying?
franz - Thank you :D I'm glad you like them. I'm really pleased with heo they all came out too (especially the second :P). BTW, I'm pleased you like the new sig, its actually present on all of them, just a little difficult to see :))
De@tthwi§ho0 - Heh, thanks mate. And yep, it was alot of work on those wheelarches :P

That are really great pictures!!! The perfectly balanced dark appearance, the not too obvious grain and the interesting but restrained frame just fit very well together. The composition works well also.
The presentation of the pics is very good too imho. In the first pic the car appears. The second pic shows some real action. The third one let´s the car speed into the distance. They just look like some adds.

Great work! 👍

Prost!

It’s been a while since I last dropped by, but I love the 2nd shot the most. The 2nd shot looks like something from a comic book, oh and I hope you will drop by my gallery Revolution.

Because it’s been a while since you last did, and if you do drop by please visit these 3 galleries of mine: PGR3, TT and GT4 gallery.

Ahhh, Supurb!... I love your style, its so soft... And the road blur is something beyond.

Like you said, some of your best work is present in this update, great stuff. You've taught me alot about editing and clean-up 👍

And Like Franz said, Love the new sig in the photo's 👍

Great work. I actually agree with De@tthwi§ho0, and probably prefer the 3rd shot, you can almost hear the roar of the engine!

Can't wait for more updates, hope you change your connection as soon as possible. 👍

TVR&Ferrari_Fan - Thanks for stopping by. I'm happy you like the shots, thank. By the way I'll try to pop into your gallery sometime soon.
LGForce - Thanks :dopey:
Funkshen - Hehe, thank you. I'm glad that I've been able to teach some people about photo editing! I'm glad you like the sig, too!
nic_brix - Thanks. ADSL is coming on Monday!
PLmatt91 - Thanks mate :D

Awesome work Rev! Its been a while since you posted here, but there's no mistaking your style! Excellents shots - I like all three. BTW, your signature and border style look fantastic. 👍 Keep 'em coming! :dopey:

You already know my judgement on these; it's great to have you back bud, we all need to be shown up from time to time ;). It actually inspires me to get back to updating my gallery, as soon as I take some new pics. I actually have a lot of fun ideas that I just haven't had enough drive to try yet :)

Audi should emulate that 3rd shot for when the R8 goes to production. It'd look nice in a brochure 👍

Man, great work. I just tried yor tutorial on blur effects and it was a huge help. Thanks man. Just wondering if you are going to have any more tutorials.

Wow, your photoshopped pictures are magnificent, the best I've seen in awhile, maybe even ever!

Keep up the magnificent work!:)

Gumball-AMG - Thank you. I'll try to stop by and have a look in your gallery when I get a chance :)
magburner - Hehe, thanks mate. I'll do that!
NTX1982 - Thanks :P
SlipZtrEm - Thanks Slip :D I'm glad you like them as much as I do :P
Krame - Wow, thanks. Thats high praise from you :dopey:
noobie 4 ever - Thanks :)
zero00769 - Thank you. I'll try to bring you guys some more tutorials in the future. :D
George Morley - Thanks :):)

I haven't posted in a gallery in a long time but this one deserves it. The lines are so smooth, the grain is just right, sense of speed is perfect. Great, great work!!!! Kind of makes me inspired to fire up gt4 again and get some new pics out.

Awesome work dude, I haven't been in your gallery for forever, but your shots are still amazing. The Audi has a very "underground graffiti" look to it. Keep up the great work. 👍

Thanks guys :)
Anyhow, my next update. I'm sure a few GTP users have seen the third FnF movie, Tokyo Drift, so I've decided to recreate one of the main cars of the film, the awesome APR Evil-R Widebody Lancer. This is a full photoshop work, so enjoy the mods, which includes a brushed-on widebody kit, front bumper airdam and carbon winglets, the full Modern Image graphics pack including decals, the sports racing wing, and some chunky wheels. My usual cleaning method applies to this pic as well, together with a slight motion blur and a subtle blue tint creates a surreal atmosphere for this pic. I've also included the original pic for reference, straight off of the flash drive.
Enjoy, and feedback is appreciated!
By the way, don't forget to look through the windscreen of the car, and you'll see a full racing interior including Recaro seats and a rollcage!
