That was an awesome lap in the first place
Sorry, I should have started by this instead of mentioning my own craptastic racing skills : "Welcome the WRS 👍"

Thanks.

It will be nice to have some good times here.

(That is when I get access to GT4. :( )

I made that mistake when someone (Dan/Holl01 I think) posted a track guide in one of the WRS threads...I spent a whole evening trying to work out why I couldn't go round the corner as fast as the guide was telling me I could. :dopey:

Happens the other way around when someone posts a guide in MPH. I always start feeling happy I managed to go through the corner at 80, while the guide said 60 :P

EDIT: I think the GTP community should donate GT4 copies and MaxDrives to fast racers. Holl01 would need a MaxDrive, Lightning a GT4 copy.

Hi guys, I guess I'm officialy in. Didn't run the qualifier yet but I don't think there is a point. I'm slow.
Expect to see me in D3 DFP

Well, you aren't officially in until you spend however much time you're planning on spending during the course of a week racing in the WRS, and then submit your best lap... So, how are you officially in? Otherwise, welcome! :sly:👍

Hi CRXnut and welcome 👍

You will need to run the qualifier so we can officially place you in the right division and so we can put you in the qualified drivers thread in the right position. Your result for this week may be listed but unless you've qualified it won't be official.

Good luck racing :) 👍

Seeing that you're now officially the steward, should I re-send my updated qualifier-time to you, seeing that the thread wasn't updated? I've finally saved myself from the disgrace of being 9th-from-bottom...

Hi everybody. Just want to ask something. I sent my qualifier time to Flat Out about 5 days ago. Now I can't find myself in any division. By the way, the list of registred drivers has date jan 2006. I can't understand it... or what's my division... Help plz

Send it to MisterWeary, who will be in charge (read: the new steward) starting next week. He'll assign you a division. Send your time for this race to Flat-Out, so you might get the division together with some first results.

About the thread-updating thing: Moderators can edit threads without it being known - and the thread is still updated regularily, when new times are in.

Well, just one more time: I should send my qualifier time to MisterWeary? And what about this week commpetition? I mean that I 'm ready to post my time in Tokyo, but don't know division...
"Send your time for this race to Flat-Out, so you might get the division together with some first results" - plz comment it one more time...

Ok. Send two PMs - one to Flat-Out, with your NSX @ Tokyo time, and add the qualifier time, just in case.
And one to MisterWeary, with your Qualifier-lap, just in (a second) case, and so he can keep track of it.
You'll get the time and the division together, I think.

Keep sending the PMs to me.
I have 33 unread PMs so far, but everything will be sorted out by tonight : registration PMs, submissions...

To all new drivers who haven't been placed into a division, just make sure that I have both your times for the qualifier and for race 78.
I still have to see with Colby how we will split the task for next week.

2 new registered drivers who submitted this week :
C-H-A-R-G-E-R and errk, both in div 2, and a new Qualifier time by Ren-Tec who smokes his previous time by 2.5 secs.
Congrats Mike, and welcome to the WRS guys.

I'll process the other registrations after the results are posted.

Congrats to both new racers, and especially to Charger, who finally managed to get everything sorted out ;)

And Ren-Tec's lap puts him in mid-D1 territory, doesn't it? Great time!

Welcome, everyone. A whole bunch of new racers...

And BTW: My time was updated, which brought me from 9th-from-bottom to 3rd D3 - an overall very satisfactory result, but I know I've got about 0.5-1 second in there.

Thanks Cyril and the lot, East is a beast on the track from what I've seen in a spot race with him 👍 Glad to see you here mate.

Much thanks to the man in charge here Jordan? Anyway we should be greatfull someone is taking the time to let us explore our anti-reality hoby.
