I need to get back into GTR2. Last time I played it I was playing online via R2P. Was only 3 laps into the race and my connection dropped. Also need to get a better controller than this 360 controller I'm using now. Its not bad but I'd really rather have a wheel.

Im the bottom red Line.. Consisntency is where its at for Long races...

yes 30,31 was for fuel, 14 and 23 were lap traffic..
Once you have consistency then you can work on going a bit faster hehe. No point being able to run fast laps but crash every 4 laps..

Ouch, not the way to end a race. Last online race I did was on Zhuhai and I finished 20th due to running out of gas.

Well its better late than never I guess.....
This is a DTM 2007 mod for rFactor I tried out a few weeks ago. Was quite fun to play, but the steering angle feels kinda awkward. Also the rear seems to get loose very easily. If you have noticed, I did my own livery as well, but its nothing compared to you guys......

Last night's league race. I'm in the No6 Jim Beam Saleen. I qualified 5th and finished 3rd to get my first podium.

Another league race.

The race was at Jerez '88 and lasted for an hour and a half. You could chose any car, so I went for the Repsol Vertigo, and was lapped 5 times by the leading GT! I had a lonely race, as most of my Vertigo opposition was wiped out.
This race shows the good and bad of online racing. The first, and second, corner pileups are the bad, but check out the battle between Tom (JLOC Lambo) and Cee (Williams Lambo) in part 2. It was a classic battle that raged for 11 laps with less than a second between them.

A short battle between Me and Only_in_f1 today:
Timeline:
0.00 - 0.16 Mike gets a great start in the #11 Ferrari of Jody Sheckter, Whereas me in Watson's #7 Mclaren M28 get's a poor one, but a faster exit out of turn 1.
0.17 - 0.45 I constantly look for a way past Mike any was possible but he used all the road extremely well giving me no chance. Good defensive driving.
0.46 - 1.00 I was slightly dropping back after the mirabeau, but got a much better exit toward the tunnel and went for a gap mike didn't expect and flew past under the hotel.
1.01 - end I took the chicane very quickly and luckily made it through, whereas Mike was less fortunate and crashed, ending our very enjoyable battle.

Latest League race.
Adria in the NGTs. Adria is a wee tight jumped up gokart track that seems to have been packed into the smallest space imaginable.
I picked my usual Scuderia Ecosse Ferrari 360GTC. This was a night race, as you'll see, so not running into folk was a prime concern. Hit someone from behind and you would lose your lights. I started 14th and finished 11th. I gained a few positions at the start, but seemed to lose them again as folk came past.
As usual, a better quality download is available from my website.
