Thats cool. The SRT-10 should be ready this weekend, maybe even tomorrow night. It is alot of fun to drive but can be very tricky. It's the first car I'm releasing that needs a wing.

Sweet, I'm gonna go drive the Superbird again in a little bit. I'll have a review done within like the next two hours or so. I'll be camping this weekend, so if its up by Saturday I'll have a review on Sunday when I get home. Or, if you get in done by tomorrow afternoon, I'll take my ps2 and miniscreen with me and try and do a test of it and write the review when I get home. No rush needed, I'm patient.

hey adamngp: what did you do to the charger? .i dont remember it sounding so good, and it seems to run alot better . thanks pickie825491

Thanks,

I added a Port & Polish and an Engine Balancing. Other than that no changes.

I don't know if I'll be able to release the Viper today. There has been a change of plans with getting the floors refinished and we may have to spend tonight in a hotel.

This car is very fast, able to fly around High Speed Ring in 1:03.522. Throttle control is needed in the first 2 gears, with some wheelspin in third if the nitrous is applied too soon. Handling wise, it's pretty neutral with slight understeer bias to give it that "snug" feeling. Care is needed under braking as the rear end will want to come around, best to brake before the corners. Like Meteor, it's built for high speed courses.

Expect a second, less powerful version of this car in the future.

adamngp, well i tried it out and it didn,t like me at all ..i turned a 1

Thanks, I appreciate it.

I got 2 more to release by tomorrow night. Anyone want to guess what they are?

I'll give a hint, I've never seen a tuner garage (atleast a garage thats active today) tune either of them.

gonna give your viper a shot ASAP boss, it'll be interesting to see how the lower powered versions compete, but man would these cars be fun to race head to head! still searching for my second wangan car, thinking zz2 since i know it'll do the highspeed, it's a challenge to tune i've never mastered, and we've allready done MR and FR so AWD would round out the useable layouts (please anyone, give me crap for ignoring FF as a 1000hp capable platform). i'm tempted by the nardo and the cadi supercar as well as the saleen s7, though i don't think any of those break the 1000 hp mark.

i've attempted two other cars, the nearly forgotten corvette zr1 and the awd ruf, both didn't work as planned, the ruf with debilitating power understeer, the other with simply not enough power for this class of car, it's a very selective and fun class to build and tune.

did you ever get an nsx to try out? i'd like to hear some customer head to head comparo's!!

The Cadillac Cien will break 1000hp, I tried one before I built the Viper. It was fast and handled well, but the transmission was slow to shift, which I didn't like. The S7 tops out at just under 900hp I believe. I got an 838hp Ford GT I have been playing around with, but no where near ready.

I built an NSX and ran a few laps, but I'd like to test it again. The problem is I lost my basement tv that I had my ps2 hooked up to. I moved my ps2 back upstairs, but I cant really play it until everyone goes to bed.

I named this one after the planes my dad used to fly in the USAF, the C-130 Hercules, which is regarded as the workhorse of the fleet. It seemed appropriate. What I made here is a truck that’s equally comfortable on the job site as it is at the Nurburgring. I’ve been working on this one for quite some time now, enjoy!

You may remember this truck from my Nurburgring 4 hour race report. Even stock it it was good enough to run with and beat some of the world’s best. This one takes it’s name from a Dodge muscle truck of the late 70’s.

ah nice some heavy power sport trucks. hopefully today i'll have time to test the enola gay, i'm already deep into tuning the cien, but at these power levels and with these tires it's tricky to balance the car for all speeds, when you have a car that eats up the straightaways on the test course i the blink of an exy those lil s-curve's halfway through become very tricky, high speed stability and low speed agility with over 1000 hp, difficult. The NSX-R was just, blessed, as a car with some great aerodynamics.

wow, was that like three garages that just popped up? that's awesome it's good to see so much interest in gt4 with prologue out! best of luck to the new tuner teams lets hope for smart designs!

competition is good for growth, but action in the forum is good for all the garage's so,👍👍

cien is progressin, i'm at 2'06 right now and looking to beat the 2'03 layed down by enola gay. it's hard though the tires are far past the line of reasonable and into the area know as hopes and dreams.

hoping to livethe dream. later guys

This car was made popular again as the car of choice for Doc Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy. His reasoning was "The way I see it, if you're gonna build a time machine into a car, why not do it with some style?"

Recently DMC has re-opened its doors and is again producing the Delorean, a slightly modernized version of the car it last sold nearly 30 years ago. We picked up a brand new one and went to work on it. The result is a pretty amazing car which works well at a variety of tracks. One of the best cars in GT4 that is often overlooked, in my opinion.

While alot of other tuners try and defang the Shelby Cobra by adding little to no power, and trying to civilize it, I went a different route.

When we picked up an original '67 Cobra 427 (competition spec even!) for a bargain price of just over $500k, we had a dilemma. How does one improve upon a car that has been a performance benchmark for decades? The answer was simple, we didn't try. What we decided to do was update the car, starting with the engine. The 427 side oiler was taken out and disassembled, the parts were then re-machined and balanced, getting ported and polished. Compression was bumped up and fuel injection was added before the engine was put back in. The original body panels were removed and carefully stored, replaced with lighter carbon fiber panels. The brakes and suspension were upgraded to modern spec also.

The result is one of the most fun to drive cars we released so far. Running a few laps in this car will put hair on you chest, and could be among the most fun one could have with clothes on.

*If you play GT4 without clothes on, best keep that a secret.

Searching through the used car lots for a new project car, we come across one that looks a bit like an AMC Pacer on steroids. We were unsure about it until the hood was popped and we saw the familiar 440 cu in. Chrysler V8, after that we decided not to pass this one up.

Back at the shop, a little research revealed this was another (lesser known) Anglo-American car from the 70's. We set to work tuning it and were quite pleased with the results.

This is the first of three cars I’m releasing in my Red, White and Blue series on account of it being Independence Day weekend. And what better car to start off with but America’s sports car, the Corvette? Painted red of course.

Next up in the series is the ’65 Shelby GT350R, which is based off America’s favorite muscle car, the Ford Mustang. This particular car has raced in (and won) the 1000 miles! Tournament before the tuning started, so it has quite a few miles on it and your power and torque numbers may vary.

Rounding out the series we have a blue ‘70 Chevelle SS 454. Already one of the most potent cars from the Muscle car era, we made it even more so.

So there you have it, three star-spangled muscle cars from the land of the free, home of the whopper.

That's an impressive number of tunes for just over two months. Warthog review should be finished within 48hrs, then I'll do the Chevelle and probably the Stingray if I have one in the garage.

By the way, which is your own favourite of the three recent ones??

These tunes look good, too bad you haven't got one main post with links to all of them so I could make a choice which I want to review.

I guess my favorite of the three would probably be the Stingray. They are all fun though.

Yeah, its alot. I didn't have a job for a long time so I had plenty of GT4 time between searching the want ads. Now I got a job (I hate it btw) so production has slowed. I try to release one a week to keep this thread on the front page.

I got links for most of them in post #1. They take you to the correct page, but you need to scroll down and find the post.

I'll work on updating that this week.

hey adamgp .thanks 4 the independence day cars. their a real kick to drive ,lots of power ,great handleing, i,ll give you a 9/10 on these cars.keep up the good work 👍👍:)
