Le Mans 2010 and GT5

Guess the theory about the same cars from previous demos( which doesn't take account cars previously unseen like the Corvette ZR-1 from the Ring demo) might have a challenge on its hand.

We've seen the ZR1 (C6) before the Ring demo, just not playable.

Thats just it, not in a demo. We've seen screens, but not actually in game footage of it.

Of course we have seen in-game footage of it, the car was featured in every demo since TGS, just not playable but as AI vehicle.

Really? I've only seen the ZR-1 in Screens from those same demos but never in the videos from them.

But really, the ZR1 was driveable in the last Nürbürgring video.. Just check the video's!
(Or isn't that what you mean?)

I was saying I never seen the ZR-1 at all in the previous demo footage prior to the Nurburgring demo.

Keep in mind this is only an idea of speculations but i think the best thing which could happen which I doubt will happen is that we get all four classes (LM P1, LM P2, LM GT1 and LM GT2), and this is possible with GT5 as there are less than 16 teams in each group except LM P1 but some teams have two cars so you could cut that down and there are only actually 32 indivual car types but if you get rid of the red there are only 25 different cars so it could be possible and it would be great PR for PD if there go in to E3 saying look waht we did we gave a demo with most le mans teams to le mans now for the big annoucement at E3.

Anyway bellow is the list of cars for anyone interested with the cars in red that are unlikely to be in the game:

Wouldn't that be fine, a press-conference at LeMans, Yamauchi-San announcing PORSCHE as the latest attraction in GT5. It's still possible ! :dopey:

It's also possible they announce John Deere, Boeing or BurgerKing will be included in some form, although not very likely.
Come on, Porsche unfortunately isn't going to be included, we've all accepted this a long time ago and moved on.......:indiff:

Is there any particular reason why Lola chassis cars won't be in, do they have an exclusivity agreement with someone else? I remember trying to find some Lola addon cars for GTR2 was very, very hush hush. I think they came from GRiD?

Also, the same question for Dome. We've all seen that episode of Hot Version where the Dome drivers are at PD's offices practising for Le Mans. That, combined witht the fact we've seen Dome in GT before (including GT PSP) would make me think chances could be good (if there's not an exclusivity deal for the S102).

Why is the Dome S102 in red?

Best Motoring HOT Version vol 94 had the 2008 driver at PD studios practicing on Sarthe for the 2008 race in a apparent in game replica of the car (only bumper cam shown).

*Edit, just noticed the Hot version episode was already mentioned.

changes made guys my bad can't believe I put dome in red and the lola bellow was a mistake thanks anyway :)
And realy i say 25 unique but a lot of the Lola cars have such minor changes as it is more to the underpinnings rather than the external work so i would say its more like 21 different with 4 cars with minor alterations

@freshseth83, thanks for that, but you may want to consider just linking to that large image, or at least cutting out the Peugeot livery so that's on its own 👍

Edit: Could just be my PC/internet playing up this morning!

I figured i'd just post the picture, not my fault it's that big. When viewed on the site its a smaller size, I'm not in charge of resizing images from websites, if the mods wanna resize it then they can do so. At least it's confirmation of Peugeot and Playstation teaming up.

:)👍 Wow, that's a slap in Turn10's face I guess, not only Sony or PS3 sponsorship but GT5 on the rear wing of a Pug after years of XBOX flaunting.
This makes inclusion of these cars in GT5 hopefully more likely than ever.
