Hello I am new to this forum, but I have been playing these Gran Turismo games for years now! I have recently found this forum and I stumbled upon your tunes, more specifically, I have been using your Zonda R '09 Tune and it is a thing of beauty! Absolutely amazing how the car feels and drives now.

I have seen you take requests, so I wanted to request a tune for the GT by Citroen Race car and also the Ferrari 458 Italia. I can provide both cars fully tuned if need be as I already have both of them. Thank you very much!

They already have a 458 Italia tune just to let u know

Why is the handling different online and offline and how?
Not sure really

Ah here we go: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?p=5315259#post5315259

Also i'm having a few problems with my GT5 disc atm so I might not be able to tune the GT Citroen Race Car!

And im glad you like my tunes!

Main difference is that you can't roll Online, I believe there's some other differences but I'm not sure what they are, use the search function I'm sure there are loads of topics on this site about it 👍

All cars physics are much different online!

Thank you for giving me the link to your 458 Italia tune! Can't believe I missed it when I was looking through your tunes o_O

And sorry to hear about the GT5 disc problems, either way i'll be keeping my eye out on this thread! Tons of helpful stuff to be seen :)

Dont worry I might be able to get a relative to give me his copy soon!

;)

The physics arent all that much different. The only differences are that you cant roll and online takes into account fuel weight/use and tyre wear, therefore, it feels different.

Forgot to stop in last night to thank you for the California build. I had a hoot throwing it around Circuit de la Sarthe last night. Only did a few races, but thoroughly enjoyed the roof down experience. Also was a great pleasure cruising past the 458s and Enzos... :mischievous:

Indeed I saw that all the other tunes (mostly) had a spoiler so I went for the top down experience and the car worked very well without a spoiler!

(Also why do you think thats it our main logo)

Tis a very nice car and deserves to be driven with the roof down. 👍👍

I raised the ride height to compensate for the surface at Le Sarthe, but I think I went a little far, 10mm. Next time I take it out for a leisurely blast I'll lower it back down by 5mm. Get's mighty twitchy when perched that high up..!!

Nice and tight through the final corners, provided you've got your entry speed right. Depending on how well the rest of the lap has gone, I usually catch the Enzos going into the Porsche bends. Dances right past them in a rather embarrassing fashion :mischievous:

What do you reckon to running it on SS tyres..?? I'd like to run it a little closer to Street spec. I've not added any of the aero kit to it and I'm ruing having done the carbon bonnet. Body coloured, naturally.

Thanks once again :)

With SS tyres there should be little changes in the setup or else oversteer could be a problem!
I am currently tuning a F430 on SS Tyres so the setup might be able to exchange to the California!
Also thank god you have a coloured carbon fibre hood on your one as a non-colored one would make feel a little :yuck: and :ill: inside!

The F430 is a widely overlooked Ferrari by many because of the fact that you cant change the wheels on it...
Well... if you don't happen to own I strongly recommend it and if you do own one this tune should fix your oversteer problem and give you a smile on your face!! This is one car that drives as well as it looks!

Enjoy

RVR has just saved the 8C from a ricer generation :yuck: : Like This! by painting it a calm two tone colour from the Alfa Romeo GT with the stock wheels!
Although some would say that riced out looks better I would strongly disagree! Ok.. back to the tune the car handles very nice with the occasional time the back slides out but it is very controllable! If you have an Alfa 8C try this tune!
Enjoy
:D

I absolutely love the Gymkhana tune it works amazingly especially being a newbie drifter such as myself. 👍

What exactly are you looking for in a complete review of one or more of your tunes?

-I don't know how to do video.
-Lap times? (If so, specific courses?)
-Personal feelings about tunes? (How they respond to my driving style?)

Looking to expand my gaming experience and I've been enjoying quite more than a handful of your tunes.

No video is needed.
Preferably. Track option is yours!
Yes (Yes)

That should answer your questions!

Well, I chose the Gymkhana tuned Subaru for my first review. 👍

This car is a blast to drive! I crash a lot because I really push the car to the limits, such as entering a turn while looking back where I just came from. (Gotta love the interior view)

No matter what your level of skill, this car will make your cheeks hurt from smiling! You will notice in my picture, the car handles with extreme precision, while appearing to be out of control (notice the smoke settling from the first turn, before entering the sharp left).

Once you spend a little time honing you're braking and angles for different turns, you will feel like a professional drifter.

Thanks for an incredible tune RVR!

Also, I think I will run all my reviews on the track I prefer and drive the most, Grand Valley Speedway. Except for drifting of course, which will always be done on Tsukuba. :)

I have a DS3, no wheel. And I run no aids, ABS 1, controller sensitivity +3.

Grand Valley Speedway by GT5_Honda_Guy, on Flickr

This is my review of the BMW Alpina M5. I think overall it was a good improvement over the stock version of this car. As it is a little heavy and prefers to go in a straight line.

Grand Valley Speedway: 1:51.731 (best of 3 laps)

Running the BMW Alpina M5 is not an easy task. The car is very hard to maneuver. It doesn't like turning and expects to be treated very delicately. Does not leave a lot of room for driver error. My personal feeling after my second lap was that I should be able to get down to 1:48.xxx, but my second lap was my best run. Fun car and presents a challenge for competitive racing.

Next on my list is the Ferrari F430 Elite.

What can I say? Not an easy car to tune close to street specs. The car is very fun to drive if you are slow, steady, some would call it consistent. But I noticed that when I try to squeeze everything out of the car, either I fail or the car fails. Such as a real tendency to want to just let the rear end slide right out from under you.

Grand Valley Speedway: 1:59.437 (best of 3 laps)

I know that a really solid tune is hard to come by and everyone needs to keep in mind that I am an average to good racer, not an expert. But I race online and tend to come in the top 3 positions in groups of 8 consistently.

The Venom Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR...

What a beast! This car handles remarkably well, especially if you consider its power to weight ratio. I had a lot of fun with it and look forward to continuing to hone my skills. I will update with new lap times as applicable.

Grand Valley Speedway: 1:47.909 (Best of 3 laps)

Definitely insane! Mission accomplished. This car is challenging to drive, went from being a terrible handling car to a decent handling car, which is quite an accomplishment!
