Just could not resist... went home during my lunchbreak to play one round of...
SPA
did it with the au Ceramo Supra, first with 24 sec in front.

Oeps, forgot to eat....

Anyone who knows the best cars and tunes for the B-Spec seasonal? Btw, the 650 PP A-Spec seasonal is the best griding seasonal, try a 2J!

the 2j race car 70 wins the sarth on one set of sports softs with zero pits by over 30 seconds. I know I couldn't believe it either. tires still were at 45 ish percent across the finish line.

tranny top speed 230 -the car will hit 220ish on straights.
ride height -10/-10
every thing else default.
653pp 771 hp

level 37 bob.

I DID IT!!!
One set of Racing Intermediates using the above specs, everything else is default...EVERYTHING.
Lvl 39 Bob

Trick is to not burn out your rain tires on the first lap, stay a little in the red if you can at the start. When it starts raining, you can go into the red as much as you want.

I did spin out a couple times in the last few turns before the chicanes in the grass.

If you follow my method, you will win.
I won by 23 Seconds.

Just a tip....You cannot beat the 1st car (The R8) in a straight up race. He will beat you. What you have to do is keep up with him as best as you can...In the end the whole trick to this one is to not pit and keep up to the pack as best you can.

Thank you! I'll definitely try that! My Bobs have been very frustrating driving the PoorJoe 908 Race Car and not winning after TWO tries! :ouch: That's 40 minutes x 2! :grumpy:

I did it 4 times allready.... steady 7th place each time.
with 2 level 38 bob's.

:ill:

I'll try the 2J now

Trying it with a detuned Speed 8 like someone suggested, 1st place on the 4th lap but I have to pit in, hopefully this will work out for me

Edit: Finished in 1st place, time of 40:17.067 and 1 million EXP! :D Back tires were practically gone but made it to the finish line just in time.

dam, the best i can get is 7th on the first bspec, 5th on the second, all my bobs are 30 and below, i recently 0'ed them all out, but i guess that was a bad idea..lol

my stat is aspec;31/ bspec;40.

im also waiting for the 2j to pop up in my usd. have fun guys/gals...

I just won Sarthe.

This race is all about The Undercut.

Pescarolo Courage Judd.
Modified transmission final drive to allow 249 MPH max speed.
Maybe add a little rear downforce to get to 700PP.

Start on Hards.
Here's the routine.
You need to make sure that prior to the start of the Mulsanne Straight, you're not at 100% otherwise Bob will not get traction, and you will not get the tow you need down the straight.

Exit of first Mulsanne chicane is slippy so again not 100% use 2/3. Then power power power through next chicane, with a reduction prior to the end of the Mulsanne. Stick with 2/3 power right the way round until you get to Porsche curves. Then again, power power power up until final chicanes where you need to down power to 2/3. Start finish straight is power power power up until the downhill right under the bridge. Back off there to 2/3 and you're back to Mulsanne!

Use that for three laps. Pit at the end of lap 3, get Inters. Follow the routine again until end of lap 7. Pit for inters. By now there should be nobody around you - the key is you need clear track. The leaders will be miles ahead. Don't panic. Stick at 2/3 for the WHOLE lap. If you have traffic, you MUST clear it ASAP. Watch the sector times as you absolutely blitz everyone elses sectors. Then by the time they pit, you can SAIL past, letting Bob drop right down to 0% effort for that last glory lap.

Very rewarding :)

OK, 700PP seasonal is madness. None of the strategies I've tried have worked. evoflash's was closest when I used my R10 but two AI got out ahead of me, there was no difference in speed between AI RH and my Inters, then I went and spun at Mulsanne. I got close with a CLK-LM as well using the default pitting strategy but my Bob just went off on the Hards on the last lap. Someone, give me a properly good strategy for this event, someone...

I used the new Toyota in the first two ASpecs, that car is not too bad.

At Le Sarthe any Group C should do with the right settings, I used the Nissan R89C. Start on RH, pit at the end of lap 2 (when you should be 7th) and then take 1st place when the leaders pit at the end of lap 3. This way you have mainly clear road throughout and can control the rest of the race from the front.

Nice, 👍

Just won it with the 2J but will try your way, sounds like fun:sly:

Very easy for me with the 2J, started on intermediate's, pitted on lap 3. Gave the AI no further commands until lap 9, 1 command to tell him not pit and to speed up a bit, won by quite a lot.

The SuperGT b-spec challenge was...not much of a challenge at all. After noticing that the AI start out on Racing Intermediate, I did just the same, and switched to racing hards at the beginning of lap 9. Ended up in 1st, trashing the AI in an ENEOS Lexus SC430. Gonna have a go at the LaSarthe one next. Any tips for that one?

The R10 is too slow. As is the diesel Peugout. Get a Pescarolo, an R8, or a Bentley Speed 8, and you should be fine.

400pp: suzuki cervo (premium) you can put an awesome spoiler on that car :D, sh tires and won by few seconds.

500pp: mazda roadster (don't really know which one, but premium), sh tires, only challenge is a NSX but still easy win.

650pp: first try with 2J, rh tires (I saw 2J on opponents list) and omg I was 1st on second lap, it was too easy. next try with ford lm race car spec II or whatever (that premium black one), rh tires but still easy win.

for drift trials I always use art morison corvette and I have to say that tokyo drift is pretty hard, you need almost 3000 points after 1st sector coz second one is a joke :) suzuka is pretty easy, 12k points.

only spa done at b-spec challenge, arta nsx (600pp). I started on intermidiates and I think bob (39 lvl, cool-head) could win even without me guarding him. he stopped for a pit on 8th or 9th lap, but so did everyone else, so no problem.

for TTs I used same cervo as for 400pp a-spec (~47 seconds), for chamonix I used ford rs200 rally car (~3:30)

Ah yes, but what about the Stealth Model? That's the one I'm using stock and have given it tune ups to 700, that means it has more power. Given it a bit of ballast since it is lighter stock than the normal R10 but if you say so, I do have a Pescarolo C60 '03 I can use...don't know what transmission I should go with though since stock it has a far lower transmission than anything else. I guess I can follow your strategy though...I'll give it a try.

Chapparal 2J, Sports Soft, keep it in the red, don't pit. Easy cash!

omg, i goofed again, i decided to use my suzuki escudo, forgot that it dont have any headlights, and i put the wrong tires on it, it likes to spinnout alot...

Lost LeMans by 0,6 seconds in the last corner, because the rear tires was on 0 %!
My b-spec-driver just couldn't throttle at the last straight.
At the start of round 10 i was like 30 seconds in front! Yayyyyy hahahaha. So funny. (ironic)

Edit: Won it now, by 6 seconds. But lost again 30 seconds in the last round. O_o
Best way seems to be, start with RH. Pitstop after lap 2, get intermediats. The same after lap 8.
All in a perfect minolta (430 km/h max., 44 front downforce, 50 rear downforce) with a bad level 40-b-spec-driver.

This method worked perfectly for me, thanks. 👍

Tried the Pesky C60 and failed again, ended up 4th. Using the Undercut, I got the clear track but only came out 2nd after everyone else had pitted and couldn't keep up in the end. Probably because it wasn't fast enough after the first pitstop...gonna try the Chaparral 2J again...you crazy people.

I knew the washing machine broke the PP system. I just didn't know it was THIS bad...

Bob managed to spin on lap 7 (no reason except he was bored I guess) and took a few bounces off the guard rail on lap 10, and still won by 6 seconds.

I feel foolish for the time I wasted trying to win this with a "fast" car.

Golded them all except the B-spec. Don't like B-spec. Maybe I'll use it later to break in some engines of GT500 and Le Mans cars. Used this cars.

Drift Trials: Stock SLS AMG. Always use this car for the drift trials. Tokyo took some tries.
400pp Time Trial: Mini '11. It is 399pp stock and I did not use it yet so now I had a good reason. Got 1 second under gold.
Snow Time Trial: Lancer Evo X with snow tyres. Easy gold.
400pp race: The Mini again
500pp race: An Evora. Thought it was my online Evora but it was one I tuned for the Eiger time trial so I hit top speed too fast.
650pp race: A fully tuned Audi R8. Didn't use it in a long time

just won spa too easy in the premium raybrig nsx. level 12 mid hot driver

raybrig nsx
-inter tires
-mid rpm turbo
-aero f-35 r-55
-brakes f-5 r-3
-limit engine to 600pp (i actually lost power throughout the race. started with 513hp and ended with 508hp. pp went down from borderline illegal 600pp to 599pp at the end of the race.)
-the rest is stock and nothing has been touched. even the transmission.

this nsx has barely been broken in since i only used it for a few of the super gt seasonal races.

like another post said above go hard but controlled the first 2 laps and then take it easy on the tires until it starts to rain while still gaining position. i was in 5th place by middle of the third lap and in 1st by the middle of the 6th lap. kept the driver cool but fast and i did not pit. there was no pit entrance crash for the rest of the front runners that i saw and i still won with a 10.997 second lead. had really worn tires at the end of the race but keeping the driver cool prevented any mistakes. lots of babysitting for young bobs. the impulse z '06 was in front at the start of the race if it makes any difference.
