Took a crack at the 460PP TT tonight and got to position #125 and thought this tune might also do well at the Nurb so I gave it a few laps and whaddayaknow:idea:

To get the most out of this car you have to push it hard. Early on the throttle, late on the brakes. It has tons of grip but lacks a little top end speed and will lose a straightline battle with many of it's competitors so you can't afford to lollygag it in the corners.

Nice tune Johnny, i'll give a try as a benchmark before doing mine in a few days.
Most of my last tunes also have a higher front spring rate like this, even for a weight distribution 45/55 or more. This is the main way to find some front grip after 2.09. Strange that the backward polemic didn't come back with this..:ouch:

When my car will be ready i'll visit you to race together. :) Have a good day.

Thanks for the video backpain, really cool view/sunset/sunrise and all going on too. 👍

Nice times/tunes from all, I should be updating and adding 1-2 of mine before Christmas.

A monkey could tune the GT-R, it's mostly the car...lol.

I've been working on the Zonda R but it's definitely not my favourite car...lol. Having a hard time getting the power down is my biggest problem. I think I'm down to 6:09 and if I get really lucky I might get into the :08's but not much more than that.

I have a couple more to post in the next day or two. S2000 in the 450PP range and the S2000 R1 in the 500PP range..look out Elise I'm right behind you!!!

Even with substantial ballast, this car is underpowered compared to many of it's competitors, for good reason-it has mechanical grip I don't think you can find on any other street car in the game that has no apparent downforce. So to get the most out of it, you have to drive it very hard, cornering at higher speeds than your typical street car, braking later and getting on the power earlier. I don't think there are many cars faster than this at the 500PP level if you give her the push she needs.

No idea how good it is compared to others seeing as it is the first 350PP time.

Also I know the parts list does say CS tyres but I did the lap on CMs.

Welcome to the Board, there is some 350PP already.

I am just now getting into driving the Nurb and enjoying it...lol. I have run off a bunch of times and tunes these last couple of weeks and I think I'm starting to get the hang of tuning for the track and driving it, at least in a way that works for me. As my confidence grows I'll make cars that are less "safe" and faster, hopefully. :nervous:

I'll be gone for Christmas break for a few days and back next weekend and I'll probably re-test a few cars and post the best of the tunes I have at that point.

PS: Get a dog:sly:
