OFFICIAL RESULTS: WEEK 11

Despite some lag issues and other connection problems, we had some good racing on Thursday. Here's the reults.

1. dabneyd.................86
2. tezgm99.................83

Round 2 recieved the most votes. So dabneyd gets to pick a new combo to replace it.

Round 1 had the second most, so tezgm99 gets to pick a new track or car spec for round 1.

Thanks to everyone who showed up and raced!

 
First time I've ever had the responsibility of choosing something officially in S.N.A.I.L....scary stuff :scared:
 
I'm still kicking around some ideas, lol

If I said 420PP and hatchbacks (no drivetrain restriction), how big a range would we have? I ask since there seems to be a decent selection around there based on my garage and mygranturismo :/

Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to race tomorrow night, as I have some birthday festivities to attend. Is anyone else willing to step up and run things for a night? If not we can just delay it until next week I suppose.
 
My choice is 1990's Japanese cars, FF or FR, 450PP. Tsukuba Circuit.

I can host the room if there is enough interest; otherwise we can just postpone it for a week. This is my favorite series following the Sunday race.
 
Ok, well my plans got canceled, so I'll be able to be there after all! However, if someone with a faster conection could host, that'd be great. I'm at home for Christmas break, and my home internet isn't nearly as fast as my school internet.

I usually do not have problems hosting.

Is the VW Cup Car (Bug) within the legal parameters of the 420 PP?

Ok well if you could host then that would be great.

And I would think not since it's technically a race car
 
I've got an RSI that I've tuned which is a great racer against other cars in its PP range. When online I like to race cars that stand out in a crowd, so I've got a nice ugly green metallic one with red wheels.

I can't speak as to the thing untuned, though, but I'm guessing it'll be alright.

Round 2 Race 2 @ Tsukuba 450 FR

Even though it is not a SPEC race, there was only 1 car that was not a Mazda RX-7. Epic race and great battle for 9 laps at Tsukuba.

I think I know what I'll change for Round 1, but I'll wait for dabney to make his choice so that I don't accidentally jump on something that he wanted to pick.

Let's keep the hatchbacks but take them to Cape Ring Inside.

Alright, good stuff guys! Dabneyd, we're all looking forward to see what you come up with. On an unrelated note, I finally have a headset now, so I can actually direct the races with out spraining my thumbs from texting :)
 
To clarify a rule…*we are supposed to remain in the same car for each of the two races of that round, right?
 
I think I will be able to make it to tomorrows races. I hate not being able to commit to a series, especially one that I like. Mid-week events are just tough for me.
