Race Recap Division 1

Another dominating performance by Choate51. Getting pole position and 2 first place finishes for a second 100 point week 👍. Second place was a 3-way tie between MonkeyBoy-4q/DREX81/Martin_ky each finishing with 84 points. Monkey-Boy had the fastest lap between the 3 and took the spot. 3rd place went to DREX81 by having a faster lap then Martin by a margin of just 0.016 seconds. Drex and Monkey-Boy finished race one with a gap of 0.268 seconds 👍. Division 1 invaded division 2 for a combined 13 Turtles on track and both divisions were able to race cleanly and competitively together.

Race Recap Division 2

Division 2 was dominated by Scarecrow937 by getting pole position and 2 first place finishes(in his division). Congratulations. 2nd place overall was a tie between Ford-Racing99 and FFK13 each with 87 points. FFK took the position winning the tiebreaker by having the faster lap. GTP_tzracer and MBOBB1969 finished just over a second apart in race 1 for an exciting finish. Overall division 2 ran good races and held there own in there with division 1. Great job fellas 👍

Race Recap Division 3

Both Division 3 races were competitive, but also dominated by TheThirdRoy. TheThirdRoy only gave up the lead to pit, but soon regained the lead. The racing was very clean, and race 1 consisted of 3 packs with very close racing between thethirdroy/ph1sher/redsox111280, iceandspice/casamofo, and flesxruoyxllik/jaydoc_and_meech. Race 2 was more spread out, and as the race progressed, more agressive driving led to what looked like a drift competition late in the race, but everyone stayed in control and had a great time! 4th Place overall was a tie between redsox111280 and flesxruoyxllik both with 72 points. Redsox111280 took the position having the fastest lap between the two.

I'm not sure if it was this past week @ Indy Road or another week.

Someone was asking about steering wheel and the sensitivity setting in driving options (Traction Control, Auto/Manual, Driving Line, Tires yada yada yada.) Myself and another person had said that it doesn't affect steering wheels it's only for DS3 users.

Well I haven't confirmed by testing, but doing some searching on mainly this thread seems a majority of people that tested it are saying that it does indeed work. Last post to the thread was about 10 months ago, so that's not saying that something might have changed.

I more than likely won't get a chance to bust out the wheel until tomorrow maybe so I cannot test. Anyone want to confirm or deny.

For me I have a g27 and the steering sensitivity does work but it only make little bit of difference traction control does work rest just seem to slow the car down to much

Also, merely an FYI, I'm requesting a color change, to a grey/green (hard to describe color) with tan wheels. Will be using this in practice to make sure it doesn't compete with anyone's current color, but I think it's safe. Thanks!

The F40 handles way better than I remember. I seem to remember it understeering like crazy, but from the limited practicing I did, I had no problems going around turns, in fact the mid-engine feel is very prominent, which I like.

Hey monkeyboy, I think 1:11's (1:11 is equal to but not greater than 4:11, prior to having coffee in the morning) are going to be competitive.

And Racing, I think it had something to do with the seasonal update that gave me the issues. After the "star" appeared on seasonals was when I was able to reconnect with community tab, but not to the lounge. Weird.

1:11's I hope thats a type-o, I better get practicing.

Sorry I missed practice last night. The old herniated disc in my back made a return this week and I've been in bed for 3 days. I probably shouldn't be behind the wheel for a few more days. Count me out for Saturday... sorry everyone. I look forward to next week!

Maybe you tried it before they released that patch updating the on-line physics to match off-line?

I know several cars I hated to drive on-line can be almost manageable if not fun to drive now.
