Easy fix; stewards to acknowledge the PM by sending one back to all involved. That way, it won't be a complete surprise for someone should they see their name on the penalty list post.

I agree, doing it right the first time would be preferable 👍 But remember, you deal with this on a weekly basis, many others don't. For you the process is probably ingrained ;)

Is there a response sent when the process isn't followed correctly? Along the lines of 'Your race complaint cannot be filed as the accused was not cc'd.'. Just asking :)

Socal, the forums search functionality has been turned off for a day. I'll start digging tomorrow for your Prize C's.

Sorry about that, it is Monza with the Chicane. I always post it as Monza, only when I'm specifying the no chicane version will I post as that. Though I'm gonna change that from now on.

If there is anything "negative" about SNAIL ........ it has become this thread.

Quite honestly, I do not look forward to the task of reading thru all the "whining, moaning and bitchiness" that has taken over lately - just to get the news of what Combos are up for the next Race Meet.

Gentlemen please set aside the pettiness on the public thread - if you have to say something in response to an insult (or perceived insult), then put it in a Private Message to the person. You do not have to vindicate yourself in the Public Square each and every day.

I am sure there are many who share that opinion.

Please show some maturity and self-control ....... let's just get back to racing.

I can't speak for the other division stewards, but I've been doing this, sometimes repeatedly for the same person. It has yet to result in a correct complaint being filed, in spite of multiple explanations and links to the instructions :boggled:, but I'm hopeful that it will someday.

I also make a point (lately) to respond to correctly filed complaints with something like "Thanks." So at least they know I read it. My suggestion to anyone that might be having some difficulty with the process is to PM your division steward. We've gone through this process enough times that it's easy for us to explain.

FWIW, while I can't go into details (because there aren't any :lol:), I've got some long-term ideas up my sleeve to automate some of the complaint-filing process. With luck, I'll have something more concrete to talk about in a few months.

I, for one, appreciate they are releasing GT6 on the PS3. I won't be buying the PS4 until it's offered in gen 2 spec anyway. The only thing I've bought in it's first generation offered is my motorcycle, but, they'd already offered the model in Europe, and maybe Japan, for a couple of years before they sent it to the US at the end of its first gen production run.

There is a reason it's called "Bleeding Edge". It really is bleeding. It really makes a mess of the carpet. ;)

I'll certainly be buying GT6 when it comes out. The only reason I wouldn't is if I hear confirmation that it won't support my current controller.

Oh, and Owens, my Bspec driver named J. Owens is currently in 1st place for the break in race I've got the crew doing. I may have to do a little coaching on this one though. The 'vettes and the camaro are hot on his a$$.

I'm was about to start working on it after just now getting home in time to put my daughter to bed. However, I think I'll wait a little bit.. Seems like a few people in this league think of the organizers as their employees who are tasked with providing them with an service. And if they don't meet their expectations in a timely manner, it's okay to just scold them like a child. Thanks for that. The appreciation you just showed makes all the countless hours or WORK managing this league seem so worth it right now. :rolleyes:

EDIT: Are you really that effing lazy that you would rather make a post like that rather than just read the thread to see what the new lineup is? There are several posts and even several pictures that show the new lineup. Wow. Just wow..
