I f this belongs in the GT Mobile section of the forums then feel free to move it. But anyway, in the new GT PSP trailer on the gtplanet homepage, at about 8 seconds there is a clip of the Corvette ZR1 and Nissan GT-R spec V pulling out of a pit garage (sorry I don't know ow to do a screen capture). This clip is followed by one with them going around the nurburgring nordschliefe. Now I'm not saying that just because of that it means we are going to see the full version in GT5 or GT PSP. They could easily have switched it out with another garage. Also however, this garage is a garage I've never seen before in GT5p. It has all the Formula 1 facilities with the teams computer booths on the pit wall and the large grandstand across the track. This rules out it being the Nordschliefe pits and paddock. So you guys tell me, are these the Full Nurburgring garages and if not what are they?

Good observation, i never thought about that.
Could be possible, the whole scene looked like its made with the GT5 graphics engine.

EDIT: Btw. its Nordschleife, not schliefe. ;)

Heres a pic, i also asked that in the GTRP, someone there should be able to tell if its the Nürburgring tribune/pitlane or not:

Look at the black and white seats. I think we have a winner.

Also I think PD is very clever. In this GTPSP trailer they have revealed more for GT5 than GTPSP. After inspecting the trailer further, I am certain that the scenes with the ZR1 and GTR Spec-V are from GT5. The biggest give away for me is the very first shot with the ZR1. First, the graphics are almost identical to GT5. The reflections are imperfect but still impressive, the camera angle rising is very similar to GT5p, the equipment in the garage is very similar to GT5p, and again I do not think PD would waste their time making CG models instead of making models for GT5.

We'll probably get the newer pit area for the 'Ring in GT5 cause the old pit area won't be able to handle 16 cars :). BTW, is there a way to minimize the advertisements on the right side of the page, cause sometimes the ads overlap whatever post or pic I'm trying to see.

Edit: NVM if I sign in the problem goes away.

Thanks for the prove Paskowitz, i wasnt really sure about the seats anymore! 👍

So, with luck, we will see the Nürburgring GP track in GT5 which would be very cool indeed.

IT IS!!! I looked up how to do a screen capture and got these satellite pictures from google. The grandstands definitely do have that black and white pattern on them. :)

Edit: whoops looks like I'm a little late to the party. haha

This is the NUR pit lane.
Looks different from the pic : (

But wait, people confirm it is...

oi

I really hope so.

But everything else than the car is black and white so it still could be anywhere :)

(and the top of the grandstand is also different)

The tribune was renewed this year, theres also a new rollercoaster which goes alongside the straight.
The one in your video is the new one.

Look closer, the tribune with a roof is far to the right, there are only white seats.

This is Nurburgring for sure!

Great spotting everyone, I didn't even think of it when they pulled out of the garage then they were racing on the Nurburging Nordschliefe.

The fact that GT sponsors the annual 24 hr of Nurburgring which uses the both the Nurburgring GP track and the old Nordschliefe (totalling around 25km) just add more fuel to the fire. I think like Suzuka, there will be three different configurations- the old Nordschliefe, the new GP track and the combination of the two.

Very well spotted! I always wondered why they didn't model this for GT4 as they were at Nurburgring anyway.

Perhaps they did but for whatever reason didn't include it.

Great news though! Only F1 race I've been to was there, it has extra significance for me...

@Supercharger: Yep exactly, it really looks like the Nürburgring GP track in his last form before they built the new tribune, great!

This is some really, really awesome detective work, tlongman! I'm going to post this up on the home page in just a few minutes. I also found another great shot which really shows the matching details of the awning over the grandstands. It definitely looks the same, to me!

I would make note that it is the GP circuit as well as the Nordschleife.
