Quest for the perfect gold

I have redone this post, to improve the pictures, add extra colours and give a better idea of what I was trying to do with this.

I really like the Japanese Tuning company TOP SECRET. As Far as I know they were the first people to make a production car hit 1000bhp with an old Supra or Skyline, can't remember which was first. But since then I have been big fan.
In every Car racing game I have ever had I have tried to make a TOP SECRET car and GT5 is no different. So i set about trying to find which gold was the closest to the colour they use.
Here is one of their cars:

It's taken some time to work out how many golds there are in GT5 but with the help of Duck's paints list I think I have found all of them, and a few colours that are called other colours but look Gold onto cars.
Here is the Full list of Gold Colours I have found so far.

I have been changing the number of he car to match that of the colour in the list. so it's easy to work out which is which.
I have taken pics of cars 1 to 23 so far. more to follow soon.

First version of OP.
I'm trying to find the perfect Gold Paint in GT5.
So far I have about 26 gold paints (could be a couple more hidden in my collection), my list deos include a couple that are metallic yellow / beige colours but they look gold.
I think I'll be retaking these pics with the new colours I've found and try and make a more consistant angle / position.

I think Olympic gold was from my daily 10 paint chips.

There are only 2 I've bought cars to get Gold Poly which you get on the Ferrari.

And one from Chevrolet camero (I think). can't remember which ones. I've been collecting these for a couple of weeks.
Including my daily allowance and a few friends sending the Gold they have received.

I'll check when I get online tonight which other gold is bought.

I have over 900 paints so selecting every manufacturer and trying to find the gold will take me hours.

Edit:

I have the Gran Turismo Champagne gold, and the Riverside Gold metallic.

Gran Turismo Champagne gold is a Mazda colour.
Riverside Gold is a Chevrolet colour.

Did you have to select each manufacture and find the paint to work out who makes them?

When I get on line tonight I'll find out and list which manufacture does each paint and whether they are from new or UCD cars.

I can't remember where any of them are from at the moment.

I think the Inca is my favorite gold at the moment.

Yep the Soleil is a nice gold.

My quest when I decided I wanted to make a GT-R that looked like it was from the Top Secret Tuning Company in Japan.

Here is one of their cars.

I think Inca is closest at the moment.

Then I got a little obsessed and started trying to collect all the golds and documenting them in Pics.

/\ I´d say olympic is the closest. The closest tone might be a mix of those 2, olympic and inca. Sad there isn´t a mixing ability of the paint chips. Would widen the colour scales a "bit"

Yep a paint mixer would be cool.

I'm still to put 6 or 7 paints on the car yet. and I believe the riverside gold is a good one.

I'll post the others and where they came from in the next day or so once I've had a couple of hours to look through all the paint info.
it's also a shame there isn't a RM version for this GT-r would love to get a few graphics on it.

You can get Olympic gold from the 69(?) camaro in the new dealers.

I use it on my Subaru wheels. 70,000Cr to colour my wheels, Haha!

Nope no plans on another colour.
But as you mentioned it may do Colours that appear florescent. (sow a post earlier asking about florescent paints).

It's a real shame we can't cut and past all the paint names out of the game.
There are so many colours and it would be great to get a full paint list. so I know what I'm still missing.

Managed this so far.

Think this was Inca gold.

Might have to load "another street racing car game" with decals and see if I can create a Top secret R34

Would be great but could take a while.

These few have been 2 weeks in the making.
Collecting the colours and finding the time to take pics and not race.

It's been strangely fun though.
