Get ready for an intense 35 lap race on the ever difficult track of Suzuka Circuit.
Info: This race will take place on the 24th of february. The lobby will be opened at 18.30 GMT, and the race will begin at 20.15 GMT. Damage and tire/fuel wear will be set to max, and full weather change will be ON. The race is expected to be close to 2 hours long. Should you wish to participate in the event, you have to sign up in this thread, or by PM to me. Furthermore you have to attend at least one practice session, in order to prove yourself capable of driving clean and fair. There will be plenty of practice sessions to join before the event.
If you sign up, I expect you to be commited. Should something prevent you from joining, you need to PM me as soon as possible. Furthermore, I expect participants to stay up to date on rules, and to not quit the race under any circumstances. If you can't follow these simple rules, then don't bother signing up. I've had it with people who sign up, only to forget about it the next day.
Rules and guidelines: In my events, you're off track as soon as you have less than two wheels on the track. Should you go slightly off track on rare occasions, it's no big. However, if you go off track by more than a car width, I expect you to slow down, and re-enter. Of course you should always take care not to re-enter the track right in front of other drivers.
In the events that have weather change on, the rules regarding intermediate/rain tires, are as follows. You are allowed to change into intermediate/rain tires after the track has reached 20% surface water. From there on out, you're free to choose between the two different rain tires. When Track surface has gone below 20%, you are obligated to change back into dry tires.
You will of course do your best to drive clean and fair. Should you be responsible for damaging another driver, you will escort him/her to the pits.
Restrictions: This event is exclusive to the Race Modified variants of the Japanese rivals Mitsubishi and Subaru.
RM Misubishi Lancer Evolution '05
RM Subaru Impreza '05
You may not add any tuning parts other than what came with the RM. Participants are free to tune the transmission, suspension, aerodynamics, Front/Rear torgue distribution, ballast and YAW control(exclusive to the Lancer). If you drive without ABS, you may also change the brake bias. All aids except ABS are disabled.
All 3 Sport tires are availible for use in the race, aswell as intermediate and rain tires.
