Hello and Welcome to the thread for the Reuinion Race of Drivers from Gamesta's Super GT Championship, This is a one off race at either Spa or Twin Ring Motegi so we can get together and re live the fun times of the that we all seemed to enjoy.


Time Schedule: SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Date:TBD

40 Min Free Practice 10:00 am EST 7:00 am PST 3:00 pm GMT (Not Mandatory)
30 Min Qualification 11:00 am EST 8:00 am PST 4:00 pm GMT (Mandatory)
Race Start 11:30 am EST 8:30 am PST 4:30 pm GMT


Rules
------


- No Voice Chat for Better Connections

- No Intentional hitting spinning out of opponents

- DO NOT drive the wrong way around the track (at any point Free Practice,Qualification or The Race)

- No Corner Cutting ( 2 wheels must be on track at all times in the white lines of the track )

- No Blocking while on the straight (you are allowed ONE move as in F1)

- 1 Mandatory Pitstop per Race (Refuelling is optional)

- You Must Stay within Pit lines when entering or exiting the Pitlane

- You Must Maintain a Max of 100MPH when entering or exiting Pitlane

- No Trash Talking or degrading remarks to other Racers

- DO NOT Bring up grievences during the race,Do not harass thru PM's All race incidents will be
reviewed and handled by the stewards fairly.

- You cannot pass by going off track

- You Must yeild to Traffic upon returning to the track

- You must yeild to Lead lap Traffic (blue flag)

- Do Not Rest on Track Press pause upon entering the pits.

Qualification = 30mins

Well I am thinking about the Arta NSX again. I think this weeks practice session is gonna be scrapped due to the newly scheduled PSN maintenance. but my top 3 cars are

Denso Sard SC430
Arta NSX
Calsonic GT-R

The maintenance is at 8pm....the testing session is at 3pm.....
 
There is a practice session open in my lounge until maintenance starts

EDIT: Due to connection issues the room is closed.

Thanks, I'm glad to be back. I've decided it's time to stop being so lazy on Sunday mornings, and actually wake up. This is just the series to accomplish that feat for me.
 
The Regulations are,

Tires Racing Medium
Certain Models recieve Upgrades


All Lexus and Honda Models have Engine and Turbo Upgrade Available.
Toyota Yellowhat Supra Engine and Turbo Upgrades Available.
Woodone GT-R has the Engine Upgrade available.
Chassis Reinforement available for all models.


There will be a practice session this sunday at 11:00am EST 4:00pm GMT

Practice today will have to be postponed as my internet is down and the company says it maybe 1 or 2 hours before it is back I will keep you all posted
 
I am going to to try to organize a test session on sunday trying to gauge interest to see if I will set up a room or not
 
Well after much thought I have decided to cancel season 4 until further notice due to intrest, this being said I am in the process of creating a new series so stay tuned. Thanks for your time and effort guys it is appreciated

Hey guys , thought I would check in and see how the championship was going . Sorry to hear that this season isn't running right now , I really enjoyed the racing here last season .

Did the video review go up Gamesta ? I would love to take a look at it if it did .

Hey TJ, I am working on it as we speak and will be completed in hopefully the next week or two.
 
Sorry for such a huge delay but I should have the highlight video posted soon just finishing it up. Also I want to have a reunion race a 1 race event for the particpants to commemorate the fun times we had in the series more details on that if you are all interested when I get the highlight video posted

Awesome, Spa seems to be the favourite right now. I am aiming to have an outline for the race by the end of the week with all the details

Cars arent level, so maybe ask PURE if we may borrow their specs? Or we could just limit to a one make race...

And how about making the race a bit later? The time is great for uk drivers but for West coasters 7am is pretty hard.

Just a few suggestions.
 
This is just the basic build until I get everything sorted I still going through my notes for testing on season 4 on balancing cars I should have something together by the end of the week or early next week. I just put the series original time frame for now.
 
For a 1 off race, the Yellowhat, Xanavi, Motul and Calsonic are really easy to balance. Just need to raise the weight to match the Motul (I think it's the heavy one) and the rest works as-is @ 518 hp / 1130 kgs.
