Note: The VCRC account is just the club lounge account. It will rarely be signed on.
Get the FR in a.s.a.p. to assure acceptance in advance of racing.
In order to check the league lounge, you must click on the coffee cup,
and wait for the room content list to present.
No yellow people icon will show, even when the room is full.

Race Procedure:

Racers may arrive in the lounge 30 minutes prior to event for practice & warm-up.

Qualifying:
To begin @ scheduled start time
20 minutes free run @ Wishbone Curve
All drivers: Nissan SILVIA 240RS (S110) ‘83

1st half grid = Division 1
2nd half grid = Division 2
You must recognize your number in the qualifying grid order.
Once this is recognized at end of duration, all exit track to lounge, and re-enter track in proper car, but do not hit drive.

Wednesday please. I have painted my Nissan to match my rs200. Dlc paints so no names. Let's call it slime green with putrid pink wheels.

I refuse to refer to watermelon-esque colours in such a rude fashion.


Though, these cars are awesome no matter what they look like.

I gotta move the Thursday event back to Wednesday, same start time. If Wednesday doesn't work we can shoot for Saturday. I just found out my wife is having some out of town family up Thursday, so hosting is a no go for me that night.

Just 2 on board, so it's just Mike who would need to confirm about it. And, in which case, I can probably do Wednesday (when I couldn't have done Thursday).

Yes, that does sound tasteful. And thinking of it - a very appropriate choice for both of these cars.

Well, the Ford would look good in any solid colour I think.
The Nissan... well, probably the brighter the better. Anything to take attention away from those wheel well cut outs cc570 said it looked like a child designed.

I will try to be there for the later race but I can't make any promises.

Plus I just realised these two cars are both Group-B WRC homologation cars.

The color choice was sort of a default. I ran the Ford that color during one of our Sunday events. Figured I would just keep it like that and match the Nissan to it.

Yes, these are the street legal road production cars of the rally cars. 👍
That's probably why they're so cool.
cc570 called them "race cars", and I'm assuming that's why.

I'll be doing the American race on Wednesday.

Melon, is it possible to get the VCRC account to hold the track so we can all share/borrow without needing to have another PSN?

Everyone wants that for every race, but right now we have the Targa Florio 2 up on the VCRC account. That race is Monday.
Currently we have 3 races involving custom tracks scheduled. Which is why this one's hosted on an alternate account.
Correction: actually we have 4 races involving custom tracks scheduled - but one is randomized so the track doesn't need to be shared. lol

I really wish they (PSN/GT5/PD) allowed you to share more than one custom track at a time.

Wishbone Curve is currently shared on PSN: miata_1 and PSN: amoreenabooboo

After tomorrow's Spider race, jackargent can probably switch from sharing the Kinghurst track to Wishbone Curve as well.

Monday afternoon (EDT) I will switch the VCRC from Targa Florio 2 to Wishbone Curve. 👍

I can't even remember now what track is shared on my own account.


If I check later, maybe I'll switch Targa Florio 2 to my account, and put Wishbone Curve up on the VCRC.

OHHHH, didn't realize the limit in shared tracks. I will send miata_1 a FR at some point sooner than later.

Yes, it's frustrating!! They let you share 6 cars & 6 bobs at a time, and 8 photos. Why not 3 tracks for pity's sake?
