A couple of questions:
Anybody wanna hook up and do anything tonight? I'm not really pressed, but I'm playing a lot of Assetto Corsa, and if we're not getting together, I will probably work on that a little. Someone built a GP2 pack and I want to install it and check it out. I installed a Macau (China) track, and it shows up in the track menu but comes up not found when I try to drive it, so I have to see what I DID WRONG. lol!
My second question has to do with that and us. I was going to make a thread in that forum so you guys can track my progress, and get to know the game as I do. That may help you decide if you want to join me at some point or not. I was wondering if I should or could call it the XFEL Assetto Corsa thread, or something else. I figure it might be good for recruiting since there are a number people that play that are coming from or still playing GT6. However, if you don't want me representing the league, I totally understand. I'll think of something unique and easy to remember.

If its on PS4, I may get it, but from what it looks like the next good racing game for PS4 will be Project Cars. I will get that if people like it.
Also, the build your own GT... club is starting back up. Sander made a room yesterday but I think only me and cards ever joined so we didn't race.
Should XFEL go back to a weekly schedule now that sub isn't hosting races?

Yes it is a PC game. AggravatedAardvark is already working with me, so that's two XFEL members anyway. We are getting to know that game and I am working on building a private server for us. MatthewW77 is there too but we haven't done any work together yet.
I'm still going to get NFS, no worries there. I'm not getting out of PS yet. Just blazing a trail for what I think is the future. Be it AC, Project Cars (I'm going to buy that when it comes out too)! or whatever comes along. I have heard about a stock car racing sim out there, but I have to research it to make sure they are talking about the kind of stock cars we like! I could always build them in AC though. That's the future brothers and sisters (who are watching).

Perhaps once everyone finishes mid-terms and stuff, I don't see why not. Does Sander own the club or is he doing it under dread's club? I will join you guys next week, either way.

Either that or alternate one weekend race, the next weekend Cat & Mouse. But there is that other club that we joined. I notice those races have subs fingerprints all over them. GT300, NSX only... Unless he's running all his races on Tuesdays?
But yeah, one way or another, we should try to get together once a week. Don't want to fall out of practice.

What's cool is that people build this stuff and you download it from the forums. I've got that and Daytona, although it's called Jacksonville Speedway because the guy who built it said he could not get permission. That's probably because they are going to put it in the game. They just got the go ahead from Lambo, so we should be seeing those soon. As far as Sim Racers go, the potential is there. But they are about to face some competition. I hear Project Cars is going to be killer. There's one called rFactor that looks like it's up and coming. That's where the guy got the materials to make Daytona.
DL'd the Reiter's Camaro GT3 and C6R in Pratt livery. Wicked awesome! The graphics need a little tightening, but you should hear those things. Especially the Camaro. Maybe I will put an mp3 of a lap around Silverstone in the new thread. Haven't found a Viper yet barrett, but the list of mod cars is very long and I'm taking my time. But you can be sure when I find a good MOPAR, I will download it and check it out.
Now I have to take these guys stuff and start taking it apart so I can learn how to make them. Once I do that, you definitely want to join me. Then you can help me develop the AI for single player mode. It's fully configurable through scripting. Mostly Python. A very easy language. The 3D meshing is going to be the tough part. So if any of you guys goes into graphic arts, PLEASE let us know! I have Blender and AutoCAD for Automotive, but I'm far from a Hybrid Hellcat!
Right now I am trying to learn how to create custom skins for the cars. That's the update. The next one will be from R34's Assetto Corsa XFEL Development Program thread. How's that sound for a name?

LOL golf is fun its just like baseball without running or catching its really fun when you drive the cart. Also juice is down I blocked him 3 times at the park what a bum and I scored 8 points for my team in a game up to 15 with 7 rebounds and 4 blocksGolf?! I can hit a Goose at 75 yards, but that's as far as I'm going to get. I'll be your caddy. Come to think of it, that would look right anyway.But I need a wooden hand.

I was going to get online to help beat juice and show that he still can't beat Mopar even in a basketball game but apparently the message sent out a few months ago saying PS4 internet was becoming free was fake.
I already pay for internet by paying to the utility company. (Just because I am from Kentucky doesn't mean that I get free high speed internet.... KFC internet is too slow to use) so I shouldn't have to pay a second time.

yea it was I had to pay for online its $44 a year which is ridiculous.
