Well, I'm just about speechless. MannYhAvitZ has been highly friendly and courteous enough to
create an amazing video for me/us. I'm very grateful to him for that.

My favorite parts of Manny's brilliantly put together video;
*0:10 - total silence...then a roaring V8 engine comes to life.
*0:30 - the most difficult question known to man, take the 'Safest Road' or buy your
'One Way Ticket To Hell'. Thankfully, Manny made the right choice.

*1:04 - Manny's powerslide through Mirabeau.
*1:29 - How I saved my car from spinning out.
*1:39 - GOOFY's uncharacteristic spin at 130R.

*2:04 - How all of a sudden, right out of the blue gurizzi's headlights are turned on.
*2:30 - Helicopter shots of Smiley & Manny.
*2:48 - When I put it into high gear and overtook bergele on the Mulsanne straight.
We had a great and honest fight there. You could never get those images from a car with it's top/roof up.

Oh heck, I like the entire video from start to finish. Manny really succeeded in capturing the spirit of the Z8 in particular and open-tops in general.
In short, the video contained everything I could have hoped for.

REALLY HAPPY TO HEAR THAT JOCKE!! I am happy you like the video, I have to admit I was scared in choosing "One way ticket to Hell" but the name is REALLY miss leading cause I had a LOT of FUN!

Yeah, so far I have been the only one to drive for a team;

But I see now this will change. That's great. :)
And guys (hopefully girls too) you don't have to be using the same team names every time.
Change them up how ever often you'd like.

I myself will not be driving for Cracked Asphalt Racing anymore.
Tomorrow my employer will be 'Dave Mustaine Racing Team'.

I haven't tried the Cobra yet, but I do know about it. I scoured through all twelve hundred cars so I could find the best open-top car (because that was my whole agenda the entire time before creating this Club, to race with like-minded buddies in a one-make open-top series).

Congratulations on owning your first Z8, Fergus. Yeah I know, it handles very nice indeed.
But it's still not an easy car to control while driving it on the edge, just ask GOOFY at Suzuka.
Only kidding GOOFY, I've made more mistakes than you. :)
The Z8 is forgiving up to a certain point but you need to be delicate with your maneuvers.
I would be real glad if you could make it, Fergus.

And if not, I hope to make it into your room on Wednesday racing with the Mini.
I haven't decided on a color yet for my Mini.
 
Looks like a lot of fun and a few of Mik's Classic Mini guys are already here including, of course, Jocke.
Hope I can match up okay since I'm way around the globe in the Santa Barbara, California area. If not, I'll back out and let you guys continue. Fixed host helps, I'm told.

I'll be running #44 under my longtime racing team, Pobody's Nerfect Race-ing, based here on the beach in Summerland.

Hi Wayne, nice to see you here. It looks like this lobby will move past 10+ cars in capacity this time around.
And while I've rarely run into any problems in the short time I've been online gaming, I am a bit antsy about
setting the hosting to fixed. I wouldn't want to experience the upsetting of disconnecting and leaving everyone else with black screens. Plus I have read at a few places that having a large number of Z8's on screen could prove difficult for the GT6 servers since the car is much more detailed with it's open top than other premium/detailed cars.

I don't know if I believe in to that, it should just be another car in the game.
But to be safe I think, this time at least, that it's better if everyone are "on their own" with their connections.

Or is my thinking wrong here? I lack experience on this matter. Let me know, buddy. 👍
