I don't know what kind of Internet Package Hector has but I'm jealous. His HD video is 1 hour forty-five minutes. I managed to edit mine down to 25 minutes and in a nice AVCHD file it's just over 3 gigabytes. I started to upload it last night and discovered that with my upload speed of 0.62 Mbps it would have taken about 28 hours to upload. I created a compressed mp4 file which reduced the size down to 2.4 gigabytes but still would have required 21 hours to upload. I can't tie up our internet like that for that long unless we go out of town or something. I guess I'm going to have to make a lower resolution / smaller file which really bums the heck out of me

thanks for the Video Hector. I watched the lines of Ph1sher, Knukken and Leo and realized why i was so slow (2.0 seconds off pace).
The entire sections from Copse, through Maggots&Becketts and then Chapel i was doing incorrectly and losing so much time.
I should have put in more practice and prep., but i simply didn't have time this week.

Turtle is a great learning experience, thanks!

Turtle Racing League - Race Night Recap​

Division 1: GTP_Ph7shr grabbed the pole this week with a flying lap of a 2'29.2xx and dominated the first stint of the race getting up to a gap of 20 seconds, until Fish goes into the pits, and comes out second Place and the next lap he realizes he's on Sport Hard Tires! So the fish went into the Pits again and STILL would not let him change tires. So the fish called it a night. That left LeoStrop and Knukken to battle up front, and Knukken pulled away for the win followed by Leostrop. SilverFire41 showed a very strong going in his Division 1 invitation Debut by Finishing 3rd Place! GTMX-HECTO1 was also right behind SilverFire for a bit, but with Pit Strategy and SilverFire pulling away, it left GTMX-HECTO1 by finishing 4th Place. DolphDrago was with this pack for awhile, but eventually fell back but still finished in the Top 5! SpeedyMcQueen made his Turtle Debut and did very well finishing right outside of the top 5 by finishing 6th Place. GTP_Severn also had a great debut! Severn was hanging with the mid upper pack for a bit, but couldn't hold it there but had a great battle with SpeedMcQueen towards the end of the race. Micantony came in with No Practice, and he still did very well! He definatly improved as lap by lap went, in fact micantony got up a couple positions I believe it was up to 5th Place or maybe higher, then I believe the Pit Strategy took a role into the play. GTP_Ph7shr as I said completely dominated the first stint getting ahead by 20 seconds or more from the second Placer who was Knukken and LeoStrop. But as I said he went into the pits the first time and didn't allow him to keep Sport Medium Tires and the Only option was Sport Hards, and went back into the Pits Later and couldn't change the tires again and parked it there as he stepped out of his car and went to go talk to his crew chief and even Fired his Crew Chief due to slacking on Sport Medium Tires. BionicDerp got into some trouble early in the race and parked it as well. RacingOtaku86 did very well in the race but had some personal Matters to take care of so he had to pop out of the race for a bit. Congrats to Knukken on your Win!

Division 2: Over the race in Division 2, we had ANFD, G_Parrilla (Who also made his Turtle Debut) and spyagent1439, all three of those guys showed amazing consistency through the race! But with the Good Ol Wise Turtle ANFD with the endurance experience, he pulled off the win! G_Parrilla and Spyagent1439 were right behind him as well. ThethirdRoy also did very well and came away with a 4th Place Finish. To wrap up the top 5 finishers in the Opening Day of Silverstone was Arrogant-Lobster who finished 5th Place. Another New Turtle who made his debut was deadbob777, considering this was his first race with Turtle in Division 2! He did very well! also getting very fast laps and very consistent! SpeedDeemin finished right behind him, Since SpeedDeemin got very little practice, he still did very well. Nismoguy89 also made his Turtle Debut coming in 8th Place, realized that D2 is too much for him and already requested to go to Division 3 for better, closer, and much more fun racing! Johnsom however disconnected again.

Division 3: This was definately an endurance race to end all endurance races. At 100+ minutes of solid racing New Enduro has taken it to a whole nother level! The Div3A field started with 9 racers but quickly slimmed down 7 as Azatorinkahum again with connection problems disconnected in lap two. But not before putting GTP_tzracer completely into the fence & CoachMK1 off track. I don't know about you boys and girls but I think Az's future participation in turtle events is going to have to be carefully reconsidered. Next xX_avenGer_8_Xx disconnected by lap 10 without incident. The notorious TRL troublemaker & underdog BustedFoSho was unable to keep up with the manic pace & had to park it on lap 19 better luck next time kid. Rounding out the field on its final laps was CaptainKirrahe28 & gears1000 who were locked in a battle for 1st for most of the last 20 laps as well as GTP_tzracer and euclid58 who battled for the #3 spot followed by CoachMK21 & shred-tec. In an unfortunate turn of events gears1000 disconnected after a full 100 minutes of racing during lap 37. Simply a heartbreak for the youg racer in his turtle debut. Turtle Racing League - First 7 Weeks Wrapped up in a Turtle Hurrayy!

First Off! Congratulations to all the Turtles that did some races in our First 7 weeks! Its been a crazy 7 weeks in Fact! Great way to start it off with the Clio at Mazda Leguna Seca and to end it at Silverstone GP with the Toyota 86 GT Race Car Base Model! From the Beginning of our first Race in GT6, we immediately went to 2 divisions because my mic wasn't working that night and I was just writing names down on a paper and saying like hey you yeah you go to Division 2! man it was crazy. But even before going to GT6. Some of us know how it was on GT5, just 1 room, Lots of fun! But over the Crazy 7 weeks in GT6, We already have expanded to 3 Divisions. Now that is really something we can all be Proud of, and I am very proud of all of you guys. I have seen a lot of improvement from the first time you raced with us! Its crazy how these turtles are growing! All the Pictures, Videos, Results and more, wow its quite awesome seeing how everyone did in the past and how they are improving! Congrats All! Thanks All!

The Next set of weeks I believe are going to be even better and awesomer! With Spa this week, and more awesome weeks to come! Our Next Special Class race with the Hudson Hornet at Autumn Ring! Mann!! That Race is for anyone to win, there is no way anybody will run away unless they crash! Going to be another awesome set of weeks to come, and I am defiantly looking forward to seeing how each and everyone of you improve and have a great time!

I do actually feel like I am doing good on my goal for this league which is make sure everyone is having a blast in this league! That is my top priority! Again, Im humble right now, Thank you all for racing with us in Turtle Racing League! No, actually, I tend to do better with the "looser" cars because I know I have to be careful with them, whereas steady cars I tend to cry havoc and let slip the turtles of war.

I am still getting used to my G27, but I like it so much more and can tell I'm much faster (but still not fast). I went back and redid a lot of the seasonals and some of the license tests and was considerably faster in all of them. As for tight shoulders and neck, how close do you have the wheel to your body? I find if much easier to have the wheel really close. Not as close as NASCAR, but close than I typically have in my DD.
