Say what? I don't belong on that winner list! How'd I get there?
I have no idea what track to pick. Any suggestions?
I'm going to do something out of character and pick Autumn Ring.
We haven't raced High Speed Ring, would be a bit of a draft fest and I don't remember racing in Karts there. The 125 would be a good one to try there.
Please drive that one first. I worry about the last turn and how flat (or not) the surface is.
Okay, I just tried this, and it requires some very precise placement, especially through the last chicane. You can't use the curbs at all (unless you're interested in starting a low-budget space program).I think Circuito de Madrid could be fun in the 125.

The long straights end in technical bits, and the karts don't have the low-end power to get back up to speed if you make a grievous error.
Thoughts?

Will test at HSR in a bit. Not sure if it'll make the cut though.
Just did some testing. I think HSR should be our "Oval" for the night. You can run the gearing as tall as it will go and hold 'er to the mat, stabitnsteerit. The only place that might give trouble is the first turn after the bridge. It can be taken flat out if you're brave enough to let it 4 wheel drift through the apex. My fastest lap was a mid 1:26 There is a "fastest" line but not ultra critical to hit it. There are some G27 shaking bumps at odd places but, unless you're running your FFB way up, they aren't to bad.
With that said I think my pick, even though likely unpopular, will be Eiger, Short, Reverse. I just ran some laps with the above mentioned tallest gearing and managed a 1:14ish. Reset the gearing to stock. Ghost ran away with the spoon on the first two fast sections but the shorter gearing more than made up for it in the twisty uphill sections. Ran a 1:13ish with the stock gearing. Transmission strategy will be paramount here. Several turns to lose it on, no effin curbs to launch you into the stratosphere. I was smiling the entire time I ran it.
Madrid is fun in the Karts and the 125's should work there nicely. As you found out, you really do need to avoid the kurbs Is that your pick wumpushunter?
It was fun at High Speed Ring because the pack was alot more closer than at the other 3 tracks and very close finishes.
Nurburging GP/F
Tested a couple:
Kart Space II Reverse - Early Lap time 0:27
Madrid Mini (Not Rev) - Early Lap time 1:11
Haven't been "inside" for a while - So I'll pick the Kart Space II Reverse.
The Madrid Mini will mess with your mind a bit, since we just ran the full Madrid with the 125s.
I want in this League for GT6. Got my copy preordered. Sold my GT5, never played it, hated blocky shadows and no wheel lock options. But since Grand Theft Auto racing is now paying peanuts for wins, I want to race in GT again. Agent 009 Has Returned!
Sorry guys. I rarely keep up with this thread. Thanks for tagging me or I would have totally missed it. Let's do London. It didn't work well with the cars in SNAIL but I think it should be good for the Juniors.
