How is this for the Tire compounds?

1400-1700 PP Cap - Sports Hards
1701-1850 PP Cap - Sports Mediums
1851-2000 PP Cap - Sports Softs

Awesome!

My only deal with a 4th track is that, and I am only speaking for myself, I like to see the good normal to large sized tracks that we all like to drive...Spa, Monza, Motegi, Suzuka, Deep Forest and so on. While these tracks are great, which is why I like to drive them, they may not be perfectly suitable for a drive in a Fiat 500. Looking at the current tracks on tap, two of the good low PP tracks are on the chopping block. Which would leave just SSR5 and, to a small extent, Deep Forest, as tracks suited to low PP stuff.

Maybe if we included a 4th track to each group, we could somehow specify that the 4th one is something suitable for much slower cars (like Tsukuba, GVE, SSR5 etc.).

If I have a limited number of choices for this series then I will always pick my favorites which are usually full sized tracks. But these aren't always the best choices when the PP drops to 1500.

I'm probably rambling...I love the series. Best thing going. If you win you get to pick ANY track so that's a plus.

Not sure what I'm trying to say anymore ;)

I hear you... I think;)

How about each group has a 4th track that can only be used when the PP dips below say 1500 or maybe 1550? Maybe we could even use a Kart track:idea:

I think some of the shorter tracks don't get enough credit. Sure they don't have 27 corners, but the corners they have can be very risk/reward oriented 👍

Not sure you want to take 600 pp cars to them, but mid to low pp cars would work nicely.

Like the new tire settings.

Official Announcement

I would like to close the track polling soon. I have votes for 6 out of the 11 key participants but would love a few more votes. I would like to be able to post the new tracks later today. So if have not already please send in your votes. Your vote could be the deciding factor in what tracks we use for the next two months.

I don't think the 4th track would need to have a PP restriction on it. It would just be nice to have a few mandatory small tracks in the mix. Maybe throw all the small tracks in a hat and have everyone vote on their top three and throw one in each group.

Official Announcement

The votes have been cast:)

The following tracks are no longer in the nightly list:

Nürburgring Nordschleife
Autodromo Nazionale Monza (With Chickens)
Eiger Nordwand Track Short Track

The following tracks are now the nightly list:

Suzuka (new track)
Spa (new track)
Twin Ring Motegi (new track)
Deep Forest Raceway
Special Stage Route 5 (Night)
Fuji GT
High Speed Ring
Mazda Laguna Seca
Grand Valley East

I will sort out the groupings over the weekend.

Everything looks good. I like the idea of more smaller courses for lower pp cars. Maybe we can have different track choices for different pp?

I should be good for tonight. I just have to confirm my internet connection on my ps3 after work and then get a little practice in.

What are the track groups? First post shows all the tracks in one group.
Fixed. Well at least according to my best Guess. If I can get some lap times for all the tracks added to the Lap Time Sheet I should be able to get a better idea of how to match up the tracks. So that is the groupings for this week although it will likely change for next week.

I will be running tonight with the following:

FF Celica TRD sports M '00 416
FR Mugen S2000 '00 433
MR Toyota MR-S '99 383
AWD TT coupe 3.2 quattro "03 428

Total 1660

CARS!

Pick 4 untuned, not detuned cars, whose maximum untuned PP totals less than 1660 PP. You must have 1 MR/RR, 1 FF, 1 FR and 1 4WD.

Check the first post for the master car list and rules etc.

I don't see the master car lost anywhere list rather

Nvm I see it but I can't get to it from my phone, hmmm

I'm going to use the
Audi Tt coupe 03 awd 428 pp
The rx7 gtx fr 413pp
The eclipse gt 405pp
The dome Zero rr at 409

Will be great to see you on track again.

I may be 10-15 minutes late. We had to stop in the middle of the San Francisco Bay to rescue some kayakers
