Thanks for the invite when you guys ran this in GT5.

I most certainly will be looking here for my Online Races. Please count me in if possible.

@baldgye we only run Monday nights 10-12pm EST

@photonrider take a look at the race format on the first page of this thread and let me know if you have any questions. Monday 12/16 is the next race and we are running two PP value splits, one at 800pp and one at 1000pp. This means you will have to pick four cars, one for each layout (FF, FR, MR/RR, 4WD).

My line-up, for example, uses the FF and MR drive trains for the first two races (the 800pp split) with 404pp and 395pp. We generally restrict the PP range to within 5% of the average, so for the first two races you can choose cars from 380-420pp which total 800pp. No tuning is allowed so all you need to do is buy the car from the dealership and then change the oil to get your max PP value.

I may be making this sound more confusing than it is, but I'll re-post my line-up now that we are on a new page:

Monday 12/16 10-12pm EST
Qualifying at Big Willow

800pp (Sports Hard):
FF - Celica SS-II '97 404pp
MR - Lotus Elise '11 395pp

1000pp (Sports Soft):
FR - M4 Coupaaaaaaaayyyyyy '14 510pp
4WD - Mazda6 Touring Car 487pp

Thanks! Much appreciated. 👍
I really like the time slot - and I've heard nothing but good stuff about this league.

Now I need to go look for cars. :)

We are looking forward to having you on board. Feel free to send me a friend request (jobyone71).

Oil changes, koszak....the Beemer is 517 after one :P

Any room for me and my Delta Wing '13 to join in?? Getting tired of trying to find practice sessions only to be kicked or driven at...

I had a room up the other day....had someone from Japan and one from Switzerland join and we were just messing around at Tsukuba. Strange thing was that I thought I set the room to 'friends only' and was sitting there wondering how these guys got in, but I clearly didn't switch it and it was just a public one

So the story seems to be; when you want to practice, just make your own room and people will probably come in and see what's going on :)

Yea I think the more we practice in public rooms the more we will find new recruits. I think the actual event should be private so make sure you have the cappers in your friend list

Opening a room for practice in a few minutes

Dang it, I was just driving the 92 NSX on sports soft and it wasn't that bad. I needed a little more money to buy my FR car.

Dang it, I can't find the room anymore, koszak :(

And you were right about the MiTo....388pp so it's been dropped for a Hyundai Tiburon Turbulence '99 at 379pp instead.

I will be doing something later tonight. Probably around 8pm pacific time or later. If I'm not on your friends list, send a request and I'll add you. I will also post here when I open the room.

X-bow + dirt tyres = interesting experience

Edit; the rocket can't have dirt or snow tyres...no idea about the Caterham yet.

^ Joby, I wouldn't hold you to that one PP point considering the game has been out for only 8 days. So far every car I have bought from the dealer has gone up exactly 7 PP after the oil change. I'm poor so these cars don't have a ton of PP to begin with, but the '04 Z06 was 506pp and went up to 513 just like the Suzuki Concept S2 which shows 407pp in the dealership and 414pp after the oil change. The game will also allow you to do as many $250 oil changes as you want so I keep wasting money trying to figure out if I have done them to all my cars yet

800 PP:
MR-2 6MT 385pp
Suzuki Concept S2 414pp

1000 PP:
Mazda6 TC 487pp
C5 Z06 '04 513pp

And an FYI, Tez and I realized last night while going over our track choices that for the 2nd week in a row one of the tracks has been used for qualifying. Big Willow this week and Silverstone Gran Prix last week.

The higher the PP of the car in the garage, the bigger bump you get with an oil change. I have seen some cars that are over 600 pp get a bump of up to 12 pp after an oil change. Some cars on the low end have only gotten 4 or 5 pp from an oil change.

Another line-up and another car increasing by one:banghead:.

I have adjusted the sign up sheet a bit. The PP of the car is now at the end of the cars name. This should make selecting cars that fit the PP range a bit easier. Right now I only see me signed up. Come on guys lets see those lineups:)

I don't see the impreza gt300 in the list, new car for gt6. Is this usable. The rm subaru impreza is no where to be found (car I have selected in the list)
