Clean, fun racing in tonight's race at Nurburgring GP/F. Congratulations Adventuruss on the win. I messed up at the end getting into the barrier between the track and pit road Should have done better. Always have fun no matter what position i end up in.

I'm confused about the tyre situation of tonight's race. At the beginning it rained but not enough for the need to switch to rain tyres. I thought that because of this, we would still be using the dry tyre ruling because we never switched to rain. I'm sure that if there were spots of rain on and off but not enough for rain tyres in a professional race, people that didn't use both sets of tyres would be penalised. Just my 2 cents for future reference.

I'm posting this because if I had known that if a single drop of water on the track would cancel the 10 laps on both compounds, then my race would've been a whole lot different...

S.N.A.I.L. at the GTPlanet 24 Heures du Mans

A few days ago @zer05ive and myself were invited to bring a team to the GTPlanet 24 Heures du Mans which is taking place on July 12th and 13th. However, unlike the endurance races that I run on Saturday nights, this race will take place over a full 24 hours. I knew right away that I would like to participate and I need a little help so that we can compete. For the race we need a total of 3 drivers and a team manager(one of the drivers could double if we can't find someone else). The biggest challenge is that to be fair, we should each be able to race for a total of 8 hours over the 24 hour period, though I will gladly do more if needed. This is a very serious event, and is not to be taken lightly.

As for the car we'll be racing, we have a few options for class:

LMP - Le Mans Prototypes(i.e. Audi R18, Mazda 787, Bentley Speed 8, etc.)

GT+ - Super GT, GT1, GT2(i.e. Nissan GT-R GT500, McLaren F1 GTR, etc.)

GT - GT3 and GT4(i.e. Nissan GT-R GT3, BMW Z4 GT3. etc.)

Driver Requirements:

- Must be an active member of S.N.A.I.L. [Spec] or [Enduro] Racing

- Must not be on probation for any racing incidents

- Must be able to race for long periods(up to 3 hours) with little time for breaks​

To guarantee entry, we need to have the drivers and team manager sorted out by Monday June 8th. More information can be found at the following link.

As of now we have enough drivers for our allotted team, plus 1 reserve team. If we get one more person to join then we can add a second reserve team. We're also looking for team managers if anyone is interested in that. ​

Anyone is welcome to join, we're gonna enter as many reserve teams as we can. I can't guarantee everyone a spot in the actual race, but we'll try and get as many as possible!

Yes still in the Supra for this weeks race, then a two week break for the 2 Hours of Le Mans and the 2 Hours of Nurburgring, then back to the Supra.

I'll be updating the points later today, and I'll put the signup sheets for Le Mans and Nurburgring too.
