It would be cool to know who choose what to make sure there's not too many of one car and not enough of the other.
I actually hoped that these classes would be closer than last season. With the lower amount of drivers we can still run two classes but it could be harder to pass the group 5 cars. It's the passing drivers responsibiltiy to make the pass cleanly. So even if they accelerate faster or turn better it's still on trans am drivers to be smart about it.After doing some testing I was able to run at Laguna Seca:
Group 5 Car: 1'24.6xx
Trans-Am: 1'20.4xx
I would like to run the Group 5, Ford ZakSpeed. Livery #81 Turbo
Zii - FYI - I found the Trans-Am cars to be super easy to drive (car control wise) while the Group 5 alot harder (lots of spinning coming out of corners due to torque).
If anyone cares, i would suggest if you want an easier car to drive, pick the Trans-Am class and if you want a harder to control car pick Group 5.
PCars seems to be 200 billion times more popular in Europe than North America. 99,9% of leagues and tournaments looking for drivers are based mostly in the UK, then Germany, Holland and Scandinavian Countries. Find anything based in the USA or Canada is a lost battle.
