Dude, one thing that I do, that I didnt really do yesterday, is set it up so that the mouse can be any car in your garage, untuned, the mouse is up to 300 pp, the cat is 450, and the wild car is 650. This will allow for a far greater selection of cars over the recommended list. However, last night I didnt do this as I just wanted to C&M with as little issues as possible, It was a long weekend and I just wanted to get right into it. I will be going back to my normal format next Monday. I will have the MM post updated in the next day or so.

Is Captain SNAIL the slower and flight-challenged version of Captain Planet?

How'd you come by an artist rendering of me at last years company christmas party?

In the meantime, if Rally is willing to cover on the weeks that I'm gone, I can take "charge" of Thursdays. I'll take a closer look at the recommended list tonight and see if there some more combo options other than GTR/Swift that we could do to keep some variety going.

Okay, sounds good. If you think it would be helpful, please feel free to create a post dedicated to your Thursday night event (like Rally's Monday Mayhem post and diabolic's Diabolic Friday post). You can use it to provide updates on the format and notify everyone of what you have planned etc. I can then link the post to our weekly calendar. 👍

I'd like to take an informal poll. I'm trying to gauge if Easter weekend is going to cause a higher than usual number of drivers to miss Sunday night. If that's the case, then I'll cancel Sunday's league night. Therefore, please do me a huge favor and post whether or not you intend to race this Sunday night.

I intend to race this Sunday night.

Prize A Selection:
Car: The Lotus Evora `09 (RH tires)
Track: Cote D' Azur

Racing this Sunday would likely put me at odds with the wife–a place I wish not to be. I would prefer not to have a race this weekend.

Tcrash and AJK-VAIL will race on Sunday.

I plan in racing Sunday. And devious, big thumbs up on that combo! Monaco is one of my favorite tracks.
Btw. Look what I came home to today.

That's excellent dude! You going to love that wheel!. Now I definitely have to watch out for you! LOL!

I'd like to say "Thank You" to whomever sent flowers to me today, but the car was not signed. The card simply read...

"HOPE YOU GET TO FEELING BETTER
MISS D!"

I have my suspects, but who was it?

Easter Sunday will be iffy for me. But I'm leaning toward NOT being able to race. Of course if you do race, I'll not be upset to miss the Lotus @ Monaco. That track has proven to be virtually impossible to pass on for me.

Hey Im interested in joining your racing deal here, looks like good fun!

psn: driftmunkey

Hey driftmunkey!

I'll add you to the drivers list you'll be starting in the Division 3 group.

PSN friend requests will be sent to you from SNAIL_Division1, SNAIL_Division2 and SNAIL_Division3. Their lounges are where we race Sunday night and hold our various events. Here's a breakdown of the ways we use the different lounges.

During the week we run a number of different events feel free to jump in and partake!

The original post also has a lot of information regarding the league, have a browse through it.

Welcome aboard and enjoy :)

I am choosing the track to: Autumn Ring Reverse.

Last time we visited this track, people said the S2000 was slippery and sliding around, hard to control. Well with the RM tires, it should stick very well.

EDIT - I will be there on Sunday also.

Excellent !

I can be there this Sunday, but since you have to even ask, I think it is just safer to skip it (particularly since that was my impression of what you were going to do and no one picked a BMW).

I love Monaco. I think it is a fantastic track to drive. It is a bit of a pain to pass, though. I'll say this to D3 on the reverse grid races: if you force a pass and cause an accident, I will be upset.

WOW!!!! this wheel is insane!!!! I have a little while to go before I get back into the swing. My last wheel was like 270 degree, this is far more! I like it. Now I understand why you g27 guys are having a hard time with drifting. I'll get it back though, I just need to get used to swinging the wheel further around faster. Having a clutch and a full 6 speed H slot shifter is rad! And I can look all around me now too! I am a happy camper over here. Im in the d2 lounge if anyone want to come chill and watch me smash into walls.

Yes its much harder to drift with the wheel then with a controller.

To VOL: I think he was asking just to see who can/cant make it, there was some people who missed last week, and if its higher then normal then we would call it off, but if not, then we are good to go.

I was using a wheel before. But having such a short lock to lock on the wheel made it a lot easier to drift. This wheel is what 900 degrees lock to lock? way more then I'm used to. however. I'm starting to get it. I feel faster on race tires in my rx-7 already though. I used to left foot brake with my old wheel since it only had a brake and gas pedal. So I'm still getting the hang of using the clutch as a clutch and not a brake, but that habit should be squashed well before the end of the night.

nope, nevermind. I'm going to have to learn to drift all over again. Jeez. It will be worth it though.

I had the same problem when I got my G27. So, I moved the gas pedal to the right and the brake pedal to the right and the clutch pedal left. That gave me some space between the clutch and brake. It also feels better when I use the clutch for H pattern shifting.

Just an idea that works for me.;)
