I didn't knew they made a Front wheel drive version of the CTR2.

I noticed that when burning off the tires from a trip off track. Fronts were red.

This car is just so weird. I noticed the fronts roasting when I stand on it. It s an AWD car and the F/R torque split is stock at 70R/30F... I think I am going to pack an extra cooler for tonight since I plan to be on the beach for most of that round!

I think I figured out why the fro t is spinning so much... the engine is sitting on the rear tires so it doesn't have that weight on the front to keep them from spinning.. just my $0.02

Heh. It's a real "point and shoot" car. It feels like the center of gravity is six inches in front of the rear axle, but the listed weight distribution isn't all that dramatic. It's probably the only car I've driven at Monza that is in real danger of going wide at the exit of Parabolica even when you get it right.

DJones...I have done a lot of Auto-X in the past with my old Porsche. I can tell you that Cobras are probably the worst Auto-X cars in the universe

A bit. I do kinda wonder how the Lotus would be with SS. But in real life, I often see tiny race-prepared Miatas and, well, Lotuses (Lotii? Lotum?) with slicks, while Porches and the LFA really do come with street tires on them.

Then again, the racing tires in GT5 feel a bit too sticky, IMO. I wonder what PD's new relationship with Yokahama will produce in GT6

There were some there that were extremely well built and were crazy fast, but most of them were just kit cars and handled about as good as a hot wheel (point and shoot). I think I'm going to start autoXing my dad's trans am unless the chump team I'm on decides to pick up some more races. That or start racing my street bike. In the meantime I'm going to stick to snail until I can get my health sorted out.

Another thing about Cobras being bad at auto-X, one guy did half the course in reverse just because he could. It wasn't fast by any means and he did spin out before hand, but there was an interesting dilemma as to which direction the clock should be running while he was backwards lol

if you're in game when you accepted the fr's you need to exit and restart

D2 is open. It's higher up on the list now. Beal has been using it to run Saturday night. It's at Level 12.

D3 should be at the bottom of your friends in the community tab. There will not be an orange icon, you just have to enter the lounge of the division you are assigned to.

An idea I just had:

SNAIL_Division PSN accounts should each have a profile pic/avatar in GT5 that shows a big D1, D2, D3 etc to make them easier to pick out of the list in the community tab.
