I'm getting pretty tired of all these disconnects I've been experiencing lately. Never had this issue in GT5. I think I'm done until Polyphony gets this crap fixed:tdown:

Very disappointed with GT6 online:yuck:

In a change of plans I will be racing for at least some of the night. West coast room open

Round 3 Race 1: Started 3rd and took the lead after the leader hit the wall on the last chicane. Went off on the 2nd lap and was in 3rd behind @Jakedog23 for most of the race. He also messed up at the chicane and he almost had me, but I finished ahead of him for 2nd, and that is what counts. 👍

Round 3 Race 2: Fairly quickly made my way through the field despite an attempt to overtake everyone in turn 1. (Possibly a bone-headed move, but it didn't work so that I won't do that again.) I couldn't quite get all the way to the front because they had gotten away from me and because I had gone off again.

Still finished 5th though

D6 Report.

Tonight in D6... wehad some serious upsides.

13 racers started and all 13 racers finished every race.

Concessions were made all over the place, track entries became generally more cautious. Yes, there was some spinning, brake too late moments, but... that's racing.

Nice group, it was tough to vote - some combos had a good car, some had a good track, some had... je ne sais quoi.

I have no positive personal comments other than I did have one race where I actually stayed on the track for the entire race. That sure helps a bit.

Easy for me to vote, Silverstone has been around for 4 weeks now. It's time for it to go. I think there was a few who didn't like the Magane @ Spa.

As far as the R32 Skyline GT-R TC, it's turbocharged and AWD, so it requires a different approach to corner entry and exit.

My report of the night,

The racing was awesome in D8 across all three tracks. There was some lag here and there from a driver or two but it is what it is. I would like to thank everyone in D8 for the fantastic racing tonight. No one could touch KTR (Coach) most of the races. He did a great job as did everyone else.

D4 had another amazing night as everyone noticed a great evolution in terms of speed and Consistency from people like DPinho, Evo and DoublePass that just brought even more competition to this division.
There was a really sad issue as AG struggled to join the room and simply couldn't make it due to the usual PD/SONY/PSN on line service Bull! I hope things turn out better for you next time AG as without you this Division loses a lot of fun.
The second and last issue happened to LFarris on the very last race where he got discoed. Everything else was smooth and I haven't noticed any lag at all.
One last word to my dear friend from almost 3 years now, Chatva. When you told me you were going to race without ABS, I instantly thought... "hmmm bad idea" but I thought that you have practiced and you knew what you were doing budz... Guess not. But now I'll make your words mine, Chat... "never give up".

D3 Report.

Another night of beta testing for GT6. :(
Too many disconnects to list, real problems with lagging for a number of players.

Although I must say Spa was really fun.
This was my last night hosting, need to spend more time on my real car. Hope to see you all next fall.
Until then, so long and thanks for all the fish.

All results have been entered in the Directors docs for Division 8. Will be uploading replays as soon as they are done coping to my flash drive.

As @speer9892003 said, there was some really good racing tonight. There was only 1 involuntary disconnect. @autoximpreza said his wife went into labor as soon as the first race started, so obviously he left. Good luck to them.

EDIT:
I will get pictures of the festivities up loaded on Tuesday, as I'm lucky enough to have that day off.

Just so you know, if I was faster and you were slower I woulda won those races :P. You had it on tonight and I commend you. You were awesome! Thanks for the great racing and what you do here for S.N.A.I.L.!

I've been racing ABS=0 online (not on SNAIL).
The car gets completely changed. You have to take a different line, braking points, so many other stuff like getting car balanced before breaking, trail braking becomes dangerous since you will inevitably burn one tyre. Well, I don't need to say its far way better IMO.
Congrats to take that risk Chatva and race with ABS off. Pretty hard when everyone else is assisted.

Thanks. However, I don't think I was quite awesome enough to take the overall title. If combo 2, race 1 hadn't been a disaster at the beginning, it might have been different, but it wasn't and that's mostly my fault. :)

D-7 Report

Overall the racing was "meh" the lag issues caused alot of problems along with people not able to get into get on track. Congrats to the winners in my division. hopefully next month's racing will be alot better and lag free. Please PD fix these issues asap!

also replays have been updated

and @Piler that pass was straight out of initial D lol. watch the replay

@ D-7 Great races tonight guys, there was once again lag issues causing mayhem on track, this is something I feel a rule/ruling needs to approach, but generally fun and fast racing. Thanks. I'll upload a picture or two from my glorious Spa victory.

@ West Coast: Thanks forthe lobby guys, I was too tired for Spa apparently, hid in the back of the pack to stay safe(not that I would have challenged with people who can run 2:23:xxx ). All in all very good racing in the west coast division, nice and clean. I'll probably stop in for a combo or 2 next week also.

@ S.N.A.I.L racing: Great 1st month for me thank you very much, great practice lobbies with helpful racers, my lap times over all have improved a lot, looking forward to March. Thank you
