For the qualifier last year, I put in roughly 10 hours total on the last event. I kind of did it in 2 hour stints. I'm sure others have made it with much less time invested.

This. Honestly I think this is most people's limit. Anything beyond 2 hours at a time and performance suffers. Anyone doing longer stints are probably doing more harm than good.

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (C7) '14 (Sport Soft tires) at Tokyo R246 (6 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @Rednose58 wins Prize A, they get to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - MINI COOPER S '11 (Sport Hard tires) at Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit (6 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @aliengamer25 gets Prize B, he has the option to "freeze" the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the "freeze" away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner. However, since @joe_diben is locked into Prize C, @aliengamer25 is locked into Prize B.

Prize C goes to @joe_diben so he would normally get whichever option the Prize B winner does not select. However, he won Prize B last week so he locked into Prize C this week (and therefore should announce whether he wants to freeze the Mini Cooper or Brands Hatch as soon as the prize winners are given the "all clear").

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your car and/or track selection until all racing complaints are filed and you are given the "all clear" to announce your selection. It's also important that you review our Car/Track History so that you can see a complete history of how many times we've raced each car and track (just scroll to the right of that tab). Please remember that originality is always appreciated. Therefore, picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). Most importanty, make sure you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, the car should not hit its rev limiter at any point during the race (even in the draft).

Car Selection Guidelines
Dealership Cars - The maximum price for a selected car is now $1,000,000
DLC Cars - Only DLC cars that are FREE and currently still available in the PlayStation Store can be selected.

Track Selection Guidelines
Any non-DLC track can be selected as long as a single lap with the car combo'd with it would not take more than five minutes to complete. For example, don't select anything that includes the Nurburgring's Nordschleife.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting.

I am persistent I hate waiting on combos I was up bright and early testing lol, that should offer some fun for you guys. I love that car I won the 24hrs of Nurb in that car on GT5. Just realized you can't paint this beast, that'll make things interesting.

With SS tires the times should come down to the 2:12 - 2:20 range. The times above is with SH tires

This was my first time last night as well and it was alot of fun, thanks to all who put this on. I had the misfortune of a power outage just as race two of rd 1 was about to start but thankfully power came back on in time for Rd two. There was some good battles and funny moments (three of us into the wall together at turn one of Tokyo, no ones fault), it was hard to concentrate for a bit after that! Felipe, I think we did ok for a couple of rookies, shame you had connection problems. Hope we have a bigger field in Div 8 next week.

I agree, the mini is missing that something... fells kinda dull... surprisingly I'm really starting to like the C7 stingray, which never had much attention from me offline.

The Ferrari 365 GTB4 '71 has a dealership PP of 496 so we should be running on Sports Medium tyres as we are with the Suzuki.
