Hi I'm zxxCOUNT210xxz and I just joined Div.5. One of tonights tracks is listed as:Tsukuba w/motorcycle chicane, pardon my ignorance, but is this a different track than the one I have in GT5.

Hey Count210,

I'll get your drivers list entry updated with your GT Planet ID đź‘Ť

It's the same Tsukuba track, but right after turn 4 or 5 you make a right, then a left and onto the main track.

Hope that makes sense :dopey:

Ok Here's my list of duplicate premium cars. The standard list will take a bit longer to compile. Not sure which ones are tradeable or not but I'm sure one or more of you will know. If any are wanted for the prize fund let me know over PSN. Prize fund gets priority but anyone who wants one of these is welcome to it. First come first served with an FR stating which car you want or PSN message for any who are already in my FL.

Hey Dragon,
Not sure if you have gotten any replies to this one, but if the offer still up, I can use the '1960 Art Morrison Corvette' to complete one of the historic racing in A & B Spec.

If you check out the map, the turns marked 13 and 14 are the motorcycle chicane. So after turn 7, you need to slow to make another right.

It'll be on it's way shortly.

What you can do to help minimize connection and lag issues

Prior to joining your SNAIL_DivisionX lounge:

1) Reboot your isp's modem/router.
2) Reboot your PS3.
3) Clear your GT5 in game System Cache.

Step 1 is not usually necessary. I've found when my modem is on for long periods and not rebooted, I can have connection issues. If you've experienced connection issues in the past, it's not going to hurt.

+4) Shut off other devices on wifi/lan.

I know my phone eats data not to mention both of my computers. Don't forget if someone else in the house is heavy on bandwidth too.

Also wonder about cable boxes with DVR's and them recording while you game.

As long as they aren't something like a TiVo product that uses a MoCA device or is connected wireless to your router, standard cable DVR's and such all communicate with your provider on an frequency much lower than your modem and should not affect internet traffic...

Since I don't think the cable boxes and DVRs use the same signal freq, that would unlikely cause an issue unless the cable itself had signal quality issues that spanned all frequencies.

I know my modem can be off entirely and the only things that are affected are the internet and phone. CATV box still gets full signal.

does it matter who enters the lounges first? Can i just go sit in there and wait for everyone? Or does the Crown only get to change settings?

Anyone can change the settings. I think however that the herders want to be the actual "host" account in their respective lounges so if you're there when they enter you should probably leave and come back.

We have hosts assigned to enter the lounges first. It's best if they have an A+ connection, we have fewer issues when set up like that. You're in Division 3 and I'm not sure who the assigned host is.

EDIT: This post has all the league responsibilities in it.

It does matter who enters the Lounge first . Each lounge from D1-D5 has a designated host because of their internet connection.

See page 197 of the thread for the info in your division.

Oshawa-Joe is D3 host.

I'm in right D1 right now, As for host I have a great connection. Actually was asked by Zero to host the last few weeks. ;) it's really solid and nobody but me is up at my house. So no drains all hard wired. Brand new equipment.

Oshawa-Joe is D3 host.

Just checked, Oshawa-Joe was promoted, and Rally was the back up host. So we're looking for someone with a really stable and fast internet connection to be host in D3 tonight.

To be host all you have to do is be the first in the room.
