but mike even that a colour blind person could say that you and aero's colours are to close together
Not even close. His is called Baby Daiper Yellow. Birdy, your's is called Putrid Pink. Then there is Nail27's I Think I am French Green.
My sparkling bright Fluorescent GT Yellow Peril No 31 just dazzles the eyes, especially when I am spinning off the track, which I seem to do every race at least once. I can almost hear the guys thinking..... There goes Mike off the track again, but jeez, isn't that a nice color. 👍

Your color is chartreuse...yeah a French Green....very annoying in my mirrors!!!!

Love the fan...looking for one in the basement now....thanks...

Got to have that 'wind in my hair' feeling!

SAFETY ALERT - I would recommend you take a good look at the routing of your electrical cables. We don't want you to enjoy this game so much that you end up with a "shocking" experience.

That's for when I've REALLY had enough, just dump a glass of water on it and check out for good...

I do think I can find a better place for it now that you mention it though.

I do believe that it is not about shades...knowing who is behind you by color, not by pushing a button can be critical. You are dicing with a blue car...you are clear of him...he is in sight...you turn in....you hit another blue car. You had thought there was one blue car...but no ...there were, unknown to you...TWO.

IMHO when a Division is shook up at months end the drivers should coordinate their colors so the there are as many colors as possible. I routinely change mine ( even though I may have seniority) to avoid there being two of us. I'm back to "Bet you can't say you didn't see me green"... So obnoxious that no one could possibly want it. Below is a good example of color spread from another league with Goofy harrasing my ass in his detroit iron.

Sorry, don't agree with you on changing colors all the time. If you are relying on the colors you see to identify cars around you, you need to be more aware of your surroundings. You shouldn't need different colors to identify who could potentially come up along side you. The colors are there to quickly identify who it could be you are catching, or is catching you. It should not be the trigger to identify that a car is there, or how many are there.

Which is why we haven't made it mandatory.

I don't understand what you mean.

I'm just gonna stick with some shade of blue. My main was French Racing blue but since joining Division 6 I had to change it so I went to Gran Turismo blau from Mercedes-Benz. It's a nice metallic blue, not bright but not so dark. What's a good yellow that works like the Wedsport Lexus IS350 GT300 race car'd wheels? At speed they make a solid shape. The paints I have show up around the rim but you can still see through to the brake caliber. What should I use?

The color is a visual cue/aid. Also the color ids the driver and his tendencies...how fast is he (am I going to race him, or lift...and follow him and learn some more...or perhaps he will fall off :D)...how skilled is he (do I need to get out of his way to avoid his accident etc. etc.) Its ALL ABOUT SA...the more aids you have in this artificial environment the faster you can decided WHAT to do. To be used IN ADDITION to everything else. If I see, for example, Handlebar's color in my peripheral vision on my butt, I DO NOT worry about him because I know his style, technique and his common sense approach to wheel to wheel and I drive accordingly. But if it is an unknown new guy I will be more attentive to him, to avoid being part of HIS accident. . SURVIVE THIS CORNER TO CONTEST THE NEXT...THE NEXT...THE NEXT

Besides....I LOVE SASSY GRASS GREEN....ITS FROM MY PAST....a true Muscle car color. Very subtle eh! :P

The first run is complete. The Snails listed and tagged below have had their permissions reset with the email address they registered with SNAIL upon entry or as edited since then. If the account is not what you plan to access the document with, please PM me which account you do intend to use. Be advised, should you provide a google docs account name that is different than the one you registered when you signed up for SNAIL, I will replace it with the one you provide now.

Additionally, it is intended there only be 3 scorekeepers, 1 primary and 2 backups, for any one division at any given time, maintaining access permissions. Under no circumstances should any one person have more than one account with access to any SNAIL Google resource. Also, The sheet seems to perform poorly when several folks have it loaded on Sunday night. With this in mind, please limit Sunday night access to only those scorekeepers that are "on duty" for the night. It would be a good idea however, if the alternate scorekeepers are "ready" to jump in if necessary.

get out of a faster guys way! On a sunday screw that I'll stay right on the racing line and force him to go around I don't care if it is loyd or mike lobban you want my spot your gonna work for it!

All of this talk about identifying drivers is silly. Just turn the dang driver's list on. I have that on while having no names above the cars. That way when I can focus in on the cars and stay in the sense of realism more easily. If I want to check who I'm coming up on I glance over at the list and see the name. Done.

I'm hoping that @LLOYDZELITE69 is just having a conversation with the Prize C winner about "If I Freeze this... you'd choose what?" to have some shared control. And if he didn't like what the guy's answers were, or couldn't have a conversation, he could pass the freeze to him, so he'd have control of something.

Just sayin' - it's been done in the past, it's optional, and it frequently works decently.

Let them take their time. Brands Hatch is a difficult track as it is. So, if they want to keep the track then it is challenge to get the right car - like a Carman Ghia or a Mazda2 or a Nissan Leaf

The Elise is a brilliant little car that needs a track like Grand Valley Speedway or ... Grand Valley Speedway...... or Grand Valley Speedway.....

. . . New subject....is anyone else having trouble joining a club when you get a invitation. You follow the message it ends, it does not take you to the club room where you can enter. It seems to be a glitch. Then I get the club number from a member , search for the club by number, enter the club and join.
You need to open the invite from within the "Community" section (the button now located above the open lobby button); it doesn't link you from the main page's messages section.
