Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join:
We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:
1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @Dragonwhisky, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".
2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.
3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍
Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.
During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.

I just want to make sure you know that our racing starts at 9:30 PM Eastern US time. This would be 3:30 AM your time, assuming you do live in Belgium. We do have others (@turnupdaheat, @STEAMER62, @Engmatic1 are 3) who live on your side of the Pond, but just wanted to make sure you are aware of the start time.

I have tire tracks on my back from @DesertPenguin09 , I saw @singlepaddy laughing at me as he passed and @Adramike toyed with me … letting me get close enough to pass then blocking me with a stealthy move. ...or maybe you need an oil change or repair your cars body stability. Could you be on the wrong tires? However I wouldn't doubt those other guys getting faster either. DP has been practicing a lot. Single and Mike have always been fast.

Keeping it real here. I think the whole Snail community has gotten faster and faster. Sometimes the D5 guys are racing neck to neck with D2 and D3 speeders.
Most likely you wont be fast in all combos; but if others that usually are on par with you are beating you; it is worth checking the replays to see what they are doing or what you are doing differently.
I'll be on tonight starting at 9PM... so if interested I can help out with some coaching if you want it.

Finally was able to order my first racing steering wheel. The Hori Racing Wheel 4 which is compatible with Playstation 3 and was able to find it on sale on ebay for $74.99 with free shipping from Newegg.com. Me being more for vibration feedback than force feedback from using the controller all these years, i think i will be pleased with the steering wheel. Expecting it sometime early next week.
wait for me! the spring in my G27 that holds the centering block popped out of place, I know this because I opened her up and found it dislodge from it's intended resting place!
Cleaned her up, lubed her up and I am; with great confidence!
