Currently tracking 23 Incident Reports
We have at least one prize winner with a racing incident being investigated by the stewards. This may, obviously, change the order of the prizes to be selected.
The target deadline for the Steward Reviews, this week, is Wednesday night by 10PM Eastern. The Steward Summary will be posted as soon as possible, following completion of reviews.
:@: SNAIL Stewards, please make your way to The Incident Review Scoring.
The IR Submission Form is now closed.

The prize A winner is confirmed. @richroo is the official prize A winner. Since he has already won prize A this month, his division will get to suggest one prize A idea each for him to choose from. If you raced in D6 on Sunday, you may make one and only one suggestion for prize A. Do so by posting in the main thread. Only make one suggestion and use the full car and track name when doing so. You will have until 11 PM ET on Tuesday to make a suggestion. At that time @richro will have until 11 PM ET on Wednesday night to choose from the suggestions.

@Rob Brown @TBongX @pubason @Matthew Barry @basswerks1 @STEAMER62 @polygrizz @chevy_usa1101 @cliff eden @Alex ONeill @BustedFoSho

The prize B (@Matt Sierras ) winner and prize C (@JLBowler ) winner should refrain from making any selections at this time.
.....not one suggestion yet?? Times ticking

@JLBowler , @richroo ,
My proposal for next Sunday's race is:

Alfa Romeo 8C Competitione '08 at Circuit de SPA-Francorchamps

:cheers:

So far : rocket at cote d' azur . Like this one ! first car i think goes round at right speed ;) good choice ..Red devil at indy road course ....lol..lmao well gave it a couple of laps ..8c competizione '08 at spa now this is something car has some weight so braking and speed through bends is important ...track i like anyway

I know it's not my division but I did some research with the Rocket and have a list at home of all the tracks it won't top out at. I can post it later

This is directed to @Jaguara , @JLBowler and @zer05ive and all SNAIL members.

I was thinking that seeing as we don't get to ever race the full NURBURGRING course on Sunday nights, maybe it might be fun to include it permanently as a time trial event...Maybe every week or two, or once a month we pick a new car to run just to keep it fresh.
Something like this might be fun with a little tweaking....Let me know what you guys think.

Perhaps using the car from the combination that wasn't voted for Prize A or B from the previous week if you are going to rotate vehicles.

Disclaimer: I don't compete any longer so I'm just tossing forth an idea that sprang to me reading the above post without regard to the logistics involved. I would say to anyone here who would like to improve that spending your spare time at the ring is a great idea and something you'll find in common with a lot of the fastest and most adaptive drivers on GT6.

I like the idea!

Change the car once a month (season) by popular vote or a random participant in a particular season can pick the car for the next season. Jag could draw the name out of a hat... (no bribes!)

I kind of like where Major is coming from allowing a vote or selection from a random participant. I think it should opened it up to all cars that were used in the previous season including the cars that carried over. Granted I don't run the time trials. So you can take what I say as you wish.
Or even go as far as open it up to ANY car... even $1million plus.... it would give us a chance to run the top 5% cars we can't run on Sunday night

I would like to join, but is it possible to join the D5 group? I have a friend in that group that showed me Snail and i would like to race with him. Also is the group determined by tryouts?

@Mike Mullens

Here's your official SNAIL Welcome Post!
Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.
Welcome to SNAIL :cheers:

Division placement is based upon TT runs and competitiveness between divisions. Requesting a division doesn't work :)

You had a lot of time in your hands doing that list :lol: Just saying :P
Honestly, I thought it would take awhile but once I got started it only took an hour or so.
I want to use the LCC Rocket when I get a prize, so I had to make sure where it can go.

-Brands Hatch (All variations, Indy, GP, Modern, and 80s)
-Tsukuba Circuit
-Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca
-Monaco
-Autumn Ring (All variations)
-Cape Ring - North
-Trial Mountain Circuit (All variations)
