Making a limit that is accessible to all drivers is a challenge.

If you can't do a lap of the Nordschleife with a supercar in under 10 minutes then you are way off. The GT-R Nismo is 7:08.68, LFA Nurburgring Package is 7:14.64, basically even without trying you should be well under 10 minutes. What do you guys think?

Can a Time Trial allow for multiple cars? It can be anything you can set lobby settings to right? If so, we can leave it open and people can use whatever they want. Even the slow cars are in the 9 minute range so making it 15 minutes would allow for just about everything from the Red Bull X cars to the Mazda Eunos Roadster and such. Any extra time can be spent starting a new lap and getting more practice or just parking it and doing something else.

Prize B will be announced a little bit later tonight. I was called to start a new job this morning and they wanted me to start right now so I shut down my game and went to work. It's a QA job so I took the tour of the plant today and did some product knowledge stuff. The funny part is that I applied for an open machine operator position and got called for a QA position instead. Now I'm home to grab a bite to eat and off to ref two more basketball games.

Prize Update​

The prize A winner @richroo is clear to choose from the suggestions made by the D6 membership. They are listed in one post a couple up from here.

The new division 2 winner is @socalnatv and his adjusted total of 86.13 is good for prize C.

The division 4 winner is @JLBowler and his adjusted total of 86.38 is good for prize B.

They are both clear to make their selections. The stewards will continue to review the remaining incidents and the final official results will be ready later in the week.

I choose to pass the freeze to @socalnatv so he is on the clock to freeze the Z4 or Suzuka.

I updated Post #1 in SNAIL SUNDAY Combos to show where we are with the combos so far. We might have to dial the qually duration up to 6 min for the Alfa if we want to run two hot laps for qualifying.

Mid division laptimes for this combo will be around the 2:35 mark so it will not be possible to run 2 qualy laps within the 5 minute window. Would it be possible to run a 6 minute qualy for this round? This extra qualy time shouldn't cause an overall delay because it will be a 4 lap race which should finish well less than 11 minutes.

Edit: Ha......The Rednosed Ninja got there before me!

My average lap time - Not really an average as I only ran a couple but 2:13. If my math is correct, that puts us solidly in the 5 lap range and you should be able to knock out two in the five minute qualifying. Someone with more time than I have can double check that for me if you would please.
