I recently bought an off road go kart with a 125cc Subaru motor on it. Nowhere near fast enough in my opinion. Currently in the process of mocking up a 440cc artic cat snowmobile motor on it. Looking to have it finished by spring

I know, but my dad's a classically trained chef so...

He said he's gonna make a balsamic/red wine glaze to go over the skirt steaks. We put on his signature secret spice rub.

Beef bourguignon aves des quenelles de baguettes. It's Beef with wine sauce and baguette balls that you soak on the sauce.
Your dad can probably knock that out of the park (it's a classic receipe) and there isn't meat eating human on this planet that won't come out satisfied.

My other go to is steak tartare, but a that's waste if you have a chef unless you really love it.

Which 440 cat motor? Intruder? Want speed throw in a 583 formula z motor with the rotary valve. Makes a solid 100hp

Considering that this is supposedly the largest gt6 online league I thought we could do better.

Hopefully I'll have better luck this week...and I won't have to take any more selfies!!!
