the upload spds are crazy impressive. Currently all they offer here is a max 12mbps. My DL is a bit higher.(137mbps vs 100mbps to san fran for this example) ping is about the same. Curious, is it a package they offer or do you request specifically what your interested in and how much per month does that run you?

I pay $85 all together for 100/100 symmetrical connection with tv and a single cable box. I can drop to 50/50 for $62
They have 25,50,75,100,150,300,500mbps packages I believe

Clearly more established then what we are receiving up here. While our packages are good. I think that 100/100 is another level. Hey are however currently upgrading everything to digital across the network I'm hoping that will open more dl and UL potential soon.

Thanks, I am just feeding of a suggestion made by an SNAILian last year for a magazine where members are featured, cars are talked about and up coming events and such and such
It'sa bit disapointing as when i saved, the formatt changed and some headings got separated from images as the content spilled over to page 2

. It could be a monthly thing at the end of every season. So I played around today before dinner and I am glad you like it.

All that speed and psn crashes, makes a guy wanna hurt somebody.

I agree, between lag and to the point of getting kicked off of PSN entirely at times, it is very frustrating and it has happened on PS4 consoles as well. I have a really decent cable internet connection where i can run the room better on fixed host than non fixed and at times still have issues sometimes, doesn't happen alot to me, but still does at times. With all the money Sony gets from revenue and sales, don't get why their servers have problems.

Div 5 re-booted the room right out of the gate because Carguy was having trouble loading...he never did get into the room and seemed to clash with Engmatic. Then RPM (and others) were saying that I was lagging hard in the last two races. In looking at my replays it was not apparent...

Sucks when you have connection issues...I hate affecting the room like that.

Hey! Not sure if this is where I apply, but I'm interested in joining the racing league! :D

@Mayhexx

Here's your official SNAIL Welcome Post!
Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.
Welcome to SNAIL

Going to create a new room in the main Snail club room.

Created a pack racing room in the main Snail Spec Racing club.

What is the carrier? That is a great deal.
verizon fios. I've been very happy with their consistent service (and speeds that constantly exceed what I pay for) as well as customer service. When I first moved into my apartment, I ordered internet friday at like 11pm with an appointment with guy later in the week, called in around 7 am the next morning because I had all the equipment already, they activated it, detected an issue with their fiber ont, and had a guy at my door within an hour and a half. Also no bandwidth caps are nice, I do cloud backups to 2 different unlimited cloud backup services (sos online backup and amazon clouddrive) and I blew through 16TB of upload in about a month.

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 2 - Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C6) '06 (Sports: Soft) at Silverstone National Circuit (12 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @Kgffy wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.
The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - Toyota FT-86 G SPORTS Concept '10 (Sports: Medium) at Nürburgring GP/F (5 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @CoachMK21 gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.
Prize C goes to @mrnascar242424 so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated, so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more important is that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, any car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).
IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.
Car Selection Guidelines
Dealership Cars - The maximum price for a selected car is now $2,000,000
DLC Cars - Only DLC cars that are FREE and currently still available in the PlayStation Store can be selected.
Track Selection Guidelines
Any non-DLC track can be selected as long as a single lap with the car combo'd with it would not take more than five minutes to complete. For example, don't select anything that includes the Nurburgring's Nordschleife.
