Some point later tonight, @zer05ive will post the results of the voting, which will show us which combo stays, which is completely gone, and which has the option to freeze/change the car/track. That post will also tag the drivers who have won the prizes to make these changes and add a new combo. All will be said and done by Wednesday night at the latest.

Anyone else with a G29. I am having issues with shifting. There is a dead spot when turning right at about 45 degrees. it wasn't there before. has anyone else experience this ?

You mean when the wheel is turned right at 45 degrees, the paddles aren't sensing the button press? I've had this happen a bit but not sure where the wheel is when it happens. Sometimes it goes up or down by two instead of just one, ever have that?

I cannot actually shift neither up or down when the wheel is turn past 45 degrees... it does not do that when turning left.

Yes Wolf, this happened to my first G29. There was deadspots in the rotation that would not allow any shifter or button functionality at all. I was within store warranty at Best Buy and had it replaces. So far so good on the replacement.

The only problem I've had with mine is the occasional double shift

I was thinking of getting a new one because of this. My warranty should arrive in the mail soon and they I can contact logitech
This was happening to my g27 when it started getting old. You can fix it by taking off the rim and finding the little button under it. The button is like a little paddle that clicks when you push it down. All you have to do is bend it a little in the opposite direction and that should fix it for a while.

Wolf, I had a new g29 delivered Thursday 19th. Started failing in first twenty minutes while in practice. First shift up failed then issues as turning. There's many issues noted in the Logitech forums of a few different issues. Luckily I purchased on Amazon. They shipped me a replacement without cost which arrived on Friday. No issues so far! Completely different serial number than first item.

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 2 - Ferrari GTO '84 (Sports: Soft) at Tokyo R246 / Forward (6 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @Ricky Wilson wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Light Car Company Rocket '07 (Racing: Hard) at Côte d’Azur (7 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @llNovall gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @CoachMK21 so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated, so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more important is that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, any car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.
