The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 2 - West Surrey Racing, 1983 Ayrton Senna (Racing: Hard) at Willow Springs International Raceway - Streets of Willow Springs (9 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @vovik05 wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Opel Astra V8 Coupé (Opel Team Phoenix) '00 (Racing: Hard) at Apricot Hill Raceway / Reverse (9 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @TBongX gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @TXAH606 so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated, so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more important is that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, any car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.

Am I good to decide if I want to freeze the car or track? If I give the selection away I then get to select a car or track depending on what prize C freezes?
 
I can honestly say that I'm pretty excited for GT Sport. 👍

I can also honestly say that my DFGT, as reliable as it still actually is, might need to start preparing for the addition of a t300rs. :)
 
Has anyone seen/heard anything from PD/Sony/Logitech that their G-29 or G920 has been used/tested in the GT Sport?
Apparently the various Thrustmasters wheels have been.

Just need to know how many pennies to start saving.

They were using thrustmasters at the press conference although I'm sure the G29 will be supported on GTS. The G290 however will not work for any PS4 game as it's designed for the XBox :)

can't you set up the thread so that it emails you when someone posts to a thread your following? or can't the person picking send a @ tbongx to let him know "he's got mail" sort of deal.

If he has the E-mail notification turned on everytime someone posts to a thread he is following it will send him an email (I have all messages from GTP going to their own folder in my Email) I believe it's the same if someone tags you in them. As a possible prize winner all prize winner should stock the thread. It use to be the norm!


I have email notifications turned off for Snail. I check the thread more then my email :)
