But there isn't an AV audio out on the PS4. Just HDMI, Optical, Ethernet, and AUX. I hate to be a stickler, but can you take a picture of the back of your PS4?

Wait nevermind. I realize you mean the cable at the end of the headphones goes to your TV's audio out, right? On my TV it's still two ports, red and white. Can I use either one or have to get a Y-split?
@Jakedog23 @Lessen

FWIW, I just hooked the PX22 up directly to the PS4 - with the USB, then the plug into the controller jack. Went to settings, turned it on and it works fine.

** I need to add a caveat - it did/does work fine as far as the mic volume. However, I started SW Battlefront and the sound was very quiet, although it does come though the headset without doubt, and it is also quiet in the main PS4 screen. So it does work, but not sure what needs to be done to increase the volume level (adapter maybe?)

Scores for Aug 21 have been pushed to data and is ready for the data specialists

There are probably a number of you that don't realize you will have to pay for your online services when you go to the PS4. Just got this email from PSN.

"Dear valued PlayStation Plus member,
Starting on September 22nd, 2016, prices for PlayStation Plus memberships will change from $49.99 to $69.99 for twelve months, from $17.99 to $29.99 for three months, and $9.99 to $11.99 for one month. If you are a current member, the new prices will take effect if your membership renews on or after this date."
That's a pretty hefty increase that I'm sure is going to cause a lot of flack, but we know what their reaction is going to be!
When you add up the costs of a PS4, GTSports $90 and the plus membership, it's going to be hard for a lot of folks to afford that. And you will really want a wheel for the new gen games.
Just thought I'd throw that out there so the surprise of having to get a plus membership to play online didn't catch you off guard.
I personally don't mind spending the money as you do get a lot of entertainment for the money, and the new racing sims are pretty amazing. Asseto Corsa is out in just over a week for the consoles and we are waiting anxiously for it! GTSport, especially because of the high price, had better blow PCars and AS out of the water!

Yea I heard. Good thing my subscription runs out in April so I'm good for now. Yea it's annoying but if you wanna play online you'll get it.

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 2 - Shelby Cobra 427 S/C Chrome Line (Sports: Soft) at Grand Valley East / Reverse (10 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @Ricky_Blayz wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 3 - Audi R8 Race Car '01 (Racing: Medium) at Indianapolis Road Course (9 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @OscarMorales gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @GTLehman so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated, so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more important is that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, any car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.

Win big. Got nothing. Womp womp. Sucks dude. You were on the ball all night.

Ain't the first time and damn sure wont be the last time that the person with the most points doesn't win a prize. It's a by-product of having fewer drivers competing in one division over another. There's some mathematical formula that's used to figure it all out. I think it's based on how many total races are completed in each division, so doesn't help when people quit for no reason either (hint! , hint!) I knew we were out of the running due to having 7 in the room.

I'd much rather have a full room (or near close to full) than having an over all win or any other prize for that matter.

For the record , though i do have a few prize ideas ready if that day ever comes :)

I'm hoping GT Sport will dramatically increase SNAIL memberships, and hopefully bring back some old vets. Wish I was here when you guys had like 8 divisions and membership was through the roof. But I'm happy to have found this, this is exactly what I've been looking for.

You and I both. I wasted so much time in the Quick Matches and forum rooms, it makes me cringe. I am very happy to be part of this league.
